That's a real shame, I'm very disappointed! Unfortunately, I can't recommend them if you don't know anything about scooter mechanics. My scooter was in the shop for about 1.5 years in total. In my opinion, the service and treatment were disrespectful and even rude. Perhaps it's different if something specific needs to be repaired, but I can't say. Everyone is welcome to form their own opinion; here's my experience: I dropped off my scooter because it wouldn't start. It had been sitting for a long time, and I wanted to use it again. We agreed on a certain amount over the phone, up to which they could try to fix it (around €250), and if that amount was reached and the problem wasn't found, then we would stop. After more than six months, maybe even longer, I inquired about the status. They said they still hadn't found anything, but it looked promising that it would be ready soon. I had previously stated that there was no rush (my mistake: I definitely need to be more specific). After about another month, I received a reply that I could pick up the scooter. So I went there, paid the bill (which ended up being more than expected: €450), and during the first test ride, it stalled again and was difficult to restart. I left the scooter there, and the workshop promised to fix it for free from then on. Several months later, I still hadn't received a reply or a call and tried to contact the workshop by phone, email, and contact form. All to no avail. Then I wrote a letter, including a deadline, because I wanted to put the matter to rest. Two weeks later, I received a call saying I could pick up the scooter. The real outrage came when I couldn't pick it up immediately, but only after two weeks, because I had injured my foot. An angry phone call followed, demanding that I finally pick up the scooter, since I had, after all, given them a deadline in my letter. And if I don't pick it up soon, I could also bring some gasoline, since the scooter needs to be started regularly and that might be why it's not running. (I paid €450, and €5 for gasoline is the problem in the end?) When I picked it up, I asked what the problem was and was given an unfriendly reply: "We cleaned the carburetor; we hadn't done that before because you gave us a budget limit." So, if you don't know what's broken, you can expect a hefty bill.

I took my Sym GTS 300i scooter to the customer service. The reception was extremely friendly and professional. All expected maintenance was explained and explained. Since the originally estimated pickup time was delayed due to a part ordered from the wholesaler but delivered incorrectly, I was offered a free replacement scooter. I gladly accepted the offer to remain mobile. When I was able to pick up my scooter, it was cleaned for return. The invoice and the required parts were explained in detail, and they even showed me the replaced old part and asked if I wanted to take it with me. I don't understand the negative reviews of Albrecht at all, as I have always received extremely friendly and competent service in all my previous visits to the workshop. Likewise, a friend to whom I had recommended Albrecht received extremely friendly and detailed advice when purchasing a new scooter. He bought a 50cc scooter based on his positive experience with Albrecht. I have always had only positive experiences with Albrecht and can recommend them without reservation.

Unfortunately, my scooter wouldn't start properly anymore, so I called and requested a pickup for my scooter and my husband's. The woman on the phone, without knowing the year of manufacture or mileage of my scooter, said she would "most likely" have to decline the job, as the repair would be uneconomical and I, as the customer, wouldn't pay for the repair of a Chinese scooter. I've always been very happy with my scooter and simply wanted it picked up (and to pay the pickup fee) and to receive a repair estimate. After the website advertises with the following: "We not only repair and service every brand of scooter, but are also your competent contact for more serious problems, as well as accident and fall damage," I found being treated like this on the phone extremely unfriendly. The woman recommended that I visit an acquaintance for the repair. So, the workshop that repairs every scooter is capable of doing that. Furthermore, I also had an Italian brand scooter that needed repairing, but according to the woman on the phone, I wouldn't be paying for the repair of my Chinese scooter. I've never experienced such an insinuation on the phone before. Definitely not recommended. You should definitely revise your advertising slogan, because you don't repair EVERY scooter and decide whether a customer is creditworthy based on a phone call (without having any information about their finances).

Unprofessional - slow - unreliable - incompetent - unfriendly I dropped off my scooter at the end of July 2018. After weekly inquiries, it wasn't ready for another four weeks! When accepting the order, I think they should have mentioned how much time the repair, including the procurement of parts, might take. Despite the repair, the scooter still doesn't work. Work was carried out without my authorization, totaling €216.03 gross! The actual repair (replacing the air filter box) would have cost €34.45! After a test ride and immediate complaint (one day later), the scooter still doesn't work, despite the repair. A follow-up repair would take at least another four weeks. After a test ride by the owner, nothing could be found wrong. No customer service whatsoever, very unfriendly! I was insulted in front of my children. I've now taken the scooter to another repair shop and will get it back within three business days at the latest! Albrecht Precision Mechanics in Neuried - NEVER AGAIN!

Called in today to ask if somebody could look at a problem I'm having with my handlebars wobbling. Quickly had an on-the-spot assessment by the boss and a diagnosis. They didn't have any replacement tyres on site, but they couldn't have been more helpful with ringing around their suppliers on my behalf. Great customer experience, even though the delivery times turned out to be a bit too long for me on my trip. Had a very good feeling about their competence and professionalism, and will definitely come here if I need anything (perhaps a service), when I'm passing through again.
