At "Bike to the Future," I no longer feel like just a customer, but like a friend. No matter what I come with—whether it's a small question, a quick fix, or a major repair—I'm always warmly welcomed and given super-friendly advice. You immediately notice that they're not just selling things, but genuinely helping. There's always a solution, even when things get tricky. This combination of expertise, honesty, and genuine helpfulness is rare. For me, it's my absolute favorite place when it comes to bikes—and honestly, even more so, because you always go home with a good feeling. ♡

Very friendly and professional. They made suggestions based on my budget and the price was very reasonable.

I'm completely satisfied! I received friendly, quick, and competent help here. The price-performance ratio is right, and the opening hours are also very employee-friendly. If I ever have another problem with my bike, I'll bring it here again. Simply fantastic!

Refusing cheaper bikes is definitely your right. However, the underlying attitude in this wording (the devaluation of people who CAN'T afford an expensive bike) is hard to surpass in its elitism and lack of class awareness. I hope the owners will grapple with the issue of social inequality and perhaps consider how to formulate this rule so that it doesn't target a disadvantaged group of people.

Very friendly and transparent service. Prices are very fair. I dropped off my bike with a few minor issues, and it was ready for pickup the next day. When further issues were discovered that hadn't been discussed on-site, I was informed by phone. Definitely recommend it!

I would stay away from that shop. I just wanted to get my brake pads replaced. When I brought my bike in, I apparently forgot to ask how much it would cost. A few days later, I got a call from the shop saying it would cost me €150. (Normally, changing brake pads costs €20!!!) The reason given for the high price: the bike chain was cleaned and shortened with a fancy ultrasonic cleaner, and a tire was inflated. I never asked for any of that. I just wanted to get my brake pads replaced.
