I was here a while ago looking for a suitable saddle from SQlab. Friendly people and good advice. They measured my buttocks, specifically my seat and hip bones, and searched for the right saddle. I'm more than satisfied with the results!

I had my e-bike in for its first service after 6 weeks at Downhill. What can I say? The e-bike was just now properly adjusted. Since I had no comparison, I only noticed that I sometimes had a bit of trouble with the gears. After picking up my bike, I realized that the bike was finally properly adjusted, and the guys at Downhill did a fantastic job. I'm more than satisfied!!! And they're nice, too ;)

I booked a service appointment for my bike by phone. The appointment was four days later, and the bike was ready for pickup in less than 24 hours. Excellent service and advice. I'll definitely be back and will recommend you to others.

Two thumbs up! I just came from this great shop where I wanted to have insoles thermally fitted for my ski boots. Since I had bought the insoles elsewhere, there was a small fee for the fitting, which I thought was perfectly fine. I was treated with absolute courtesy and friendliness. During a very informative conversation with the manager, I received many tips on all things ski boots and skiing. I felt so competently advised that I immediately bought a second insole and ski socks. Thanks also for the espresso to pass the time. I definitely recommend it; it really couldn't be better.

I went to the shop on a whim, knowing I wanted a Specialized Epic. The bike was in stock, and I was able to take it for a test ride on the spur of the moment. Afterwards, I wasn't entirely sure, but when I returned to the shop a week later, I received a level of service I had never experienced before. They took their time with me, explained all the bike's advantages again, and made it so appealing that I couldn't say no. I gave them my weight and preferred tire pressure, and the mechanic took the time to adjust the bike to my liking. I was also able to pick it up very quickly. When I finally got to ride the bike on the trail for the first time, I was as happy as a little kid and couldn't stop laughing. I would like to sincerely thank the Downhill Nürnberg team again for supporting me in my decision to buy the Specialized. I definitely don't regret my purchase. Thanks again... Thanks to Oliver Schiemann and his team, they are very competent and helpful. They don't "just" know about mountain bikes or e-bikes, but also have expertise in road bikes. Truly excellent.

TOP - simply TOP! I kept having pain in my buttocks. They helped me tremendously. They measured my rear end and fitted a new saddle right away. Now I need a new tire – and I'll definitely rely on downhill's expertise again. And honestly, even though I could buy something cheaper online... the advice is absolutely crucial when it comes to bikes!

I was interested in buying a bike but the staff wasn't friendly at all, I asked for one type of bike and to everyone question I would just get two words as response or he would just signal something. A complete dissapointment, I doubt I will ever go back there. The model which I looked was nice but really overpriced.

Overpriced and staff only partially competent. The staff is generally polite though the snob factor can be an issue at times. Ithe 7 years I have been going there, mostly due to their convenient location, there is nothing I have bought there which I have not been forced to return or regret buying. special orders, such as a pedelec chain take weeks to arrive and must be picked up. Rose had it at my doorstep in 2 days. Staff often recommend items know to have poor online customer reviews which has lead me to buy items which look great but perform poorly. Positive is their location and their eye candy high-end displays.
