The worst place, with the worst customer service ever. You come into the shop looking to spend a lot of money, and all the advise you get from the employees is, “this one is better”. No alternatives, no teaching about product… apparently always better to spend the money in other German brands

Lately I haven't been reading good things about cube in the reviews and I have to share my experience. I contacted the company regarding the cracking of the bike frame because the company itself recognized that the weld was bad and accepted the complaint. I contacted the company through the seller (who no longer works for the company) and I also wrote to various places of the company's management. nobody wants to solve my problem even though the bike is under warranty! I would change my mind about buying a cube company bike if you want to ride a bike and not solve the problem that I have for over a year.

The team here has been really great! I had a really complicated purchase and Toby was very accommodating. I wanted a specific bike, and with the Germany wide shortage of specific Cube bikes, they were able to find me one that met my needs in colors that fit what I was looking for. The team made sure that my bike was ready to ride on day one. I appreciated their focus on customer experience as well as the selection of bikes and accessories. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Staff were amazing. I came in after traveling from Australia with my bike for a race in a few days. Had some problems with the rear gears and brakes. The bike was looked at and fixed straight away which was really appreciated especially because they were so busy. Can’t thank them enough for their fantastic service.

5 Stars only because they dont have 6! Amazing service in the times where getting a high quality bike is quite difficult. From the bike to all the extras I highly recommend!

I bought a Kathmandu Hybrid One. The bike is really good but there where a lot of misunderstandings with the personnel until I got to get the bike. 1st: I called them to ask if the bike I was looking for was in the shop. They told me yes and I asked them twice and they told me also yes. I traveled 30km just so they tell me that they didn’t have this bike here. So they order it from the nearest Cube Store and came 1 week later. 2nd: Because I wanted a leasing there was a lot of paperwork going on. There were also mistakes on the applications that ended up delaying the pick up up to one week. 3rd: After taking care of the applications they were all accepted and they called me to tell that I can pick up my bike the day after. So I told them to charge the bike because I didn’t have anything to transport it and they told me that they will do it! (they also told me that before making the applications at the beginning) I get to the store to pick my bike and the bike was EMPTY. Like no charged at all. So to not expand it I waited an HOUR at the store before I could get my ebike. I‘m not whining I could also use it with no battery but I should travel a lot km I really nneded the battery to be full on time. So in conclusion. The store was really clean the personnel didn’t argue with me (although they seem to want). They accepted the mistakes they did and all went well despite the delays.

Great place in Nürnberg to find a top quality bike! The staff is friendly and helpful, share a lot of tips and is proficient in English, also helps to mount add-ons without any extra cost. Last but not least, it is easy to arrive and to find a parking slot. Thanks for such a great experience and will be back for the next bikes! 👍
