We came here to get a bike for my daughter, their choices were limited in the kids bike but I think for adults it’s the opposite. Huge space and lots of parking. My review is purely based on the service, extremely helpful, friendly and polite. He was a young guy but knew his stuff. Thanks guys for your hospitality.

Very helpful and friendly staff! I have finished a bikepacking trip and was looking for a cardboard box to fly my bicycle home. They were very quick and generous, and helped me fold the box up too! Lovely shop!

Bought a Cube Nuroad Bike via JobRad. Processing of my request by Dominic incl. getting an offer and having it uploaded in the JobRad portal was very fast. The bike was shipped immediately. Email communication was instant, without any delays.

lately I've been reading here how the brand has changed. and I have to talk here about how this company behaved. my bike cracked in the weld, which the company also recognized as very bad and sent new parts to whoever broke the frame that is not related to my problem. I contacted the company on various company lines and they could not help me with my problem. I was referred to my seller, but he no longer works for the company (I guess I'm not surprised) so I have a broken wheel, the cube company doesn't want to solve it and the problem has been going on for several months I am very sorry that I bought a bike from this company that is not functional and no one wants to solve this problem. I do not recommend after this experience

The most car-centric bike store that I ever visited. No water for customers, huge queues. If you want to try out a bike have fun driving around the SUVs in the parking lot. I have no idea why anyone would come to this place to stay in line for buying over-priced bicycles Update: The reply to my review says I should have just asked for water. For the record: I've asked twice and was told no by two different employees.

Because of our discount promotion, we've been significantly busier than usual these past few days, which we're happy about. If you'd wanted a bottle of water, you could have simply asked us.

Super store services! Many thanks to Oli! After many flat tires I decided to take my Cube bike to check what was going on with the back wheel. The staff took their time to check the bike and even though nothing seemed to be wrong with it, they anyway fixed the tire however best they could! Very friendly, can only recommend their services shop!

When i went to Cube store West i have experienced great customer service starting with Carlos who had helped me to find exactly what I was looking for! He helped me to chose right bike and helmet for me. I am very choosy but he had patience with smile and great sense of humor:) Manager of the store very pleasant, customer service employees very nice and helpful as well!! Simply put, I would highly recommend this particular store! I feel in love with my new bike, Kathmandu Iridium black... best bike purchase ever:-) Thank you guys!

It’s a bit of a complicated review-I bought a brand new bike for €1300, and whoever bolted the bike together did not do a great job. The five stars however, they are for the mechanics who every time I have brought the bike in have quickly and efficiently repaired the original assembly shortcomings. I recommend getting this level of skill in to assembling the new bikes. All in all a positive experience.

The 3 stars are only for the actual employees in this shop. I would give them 5 stars.They are very friendly and helpful, trying to serve their customers in any way they can. I have even heard that they are working outside of the opening hours to try and make bikes available as fast as possible to customers. But the corporation behind this shop is what makes the experience terrible and why 2 stars were removed (I would like to give them 0 stars). The store is not updated on delayed production or delivery dates, so customers come in angry because they haven't been informed. They do not have the support needed to serve customers, answer the phone or emails. Considering that so many are running towards bike shops now, the employees are really doing the best they can, but aren't supported by the actual Multicycle corporation. The sad part is that most customers take this out on the staff in the store - who actually can't influence the bike deliveries.

Hi Lenette, thank you for the review. You have to separate: Multicycle is a bike dealer, and CUBE is the producer. We can't influence when the bikes are delivered by the manufacturer. For this, please separate between dealer and the team in our store(s) and the manufacturer!

I went there yesterday, I have found the bike I wanted and I waited a lot to make some questions. The guy was not too friendly...(but I also understand that in this covid times there are more problems for all...) And when I told him I was interested to the bike he answered that the bike was reserved (it was not marked so, normally the reserved one are marked with a sign and parked at the end of the store) and it was the only one. He offered me to buy some more expensive bikes. I like those bikes, but since there is just one brand the choice is limited.

Thank you for the positive review. For some years we are working only with CUBE Bikes and we are satisfied with this. Normally, we have a couple of bikes from one Modell and Size on Stock, but in these pandemic times some Bikes are sold out.
