I would like to share a great experience at Decathlon Nuremberg. Max helped very well with the bicycle purchase. He was extremely friendly, professional and very honest all the time. Especially impressive was his patience and how clearly he explained everything. He took the time to answer all the questions and gave honest, helpful recommendations. You can tell that he really cares about customers. A big thank you to Max for this excellent service that really made a difference. Highly recommended!

What a terrible store! I ordered and paid online, but nothing arrived for pickup at the store. Customer service promised a response within a week—unbelievable. I guess I'll just go to a specialist retailer. It might cost a few euros more, but at least I won't have to deal with their incompetence and ineptitude.

I've been waiting for a Decathlon to open in downtown Nuremberg for a year, and it's finally here! It's very easy to get to by public transport, and the direct entrance from the metro station is convenient. It exceeds my expectations, because it's truly huge. Highly recommended!
