I bought a KTM e-bike today! The sales conversation was simply fantastic! All my questions were answered professionally! I never felt like everything had to be done quickly. Thank you so much for that! I didn't regret driving across town. I will definitely recommend this bike shop.

I heard about the Dörfler brothers from a friend who bought his KTM there. I made an appointment, drove there... repairs were unbureaucratic, quick, and clean. Now that's what I call expertise. Olli also advised me on what I might be facing with my bike in the near future (wear and tear parts, after almost 9,000 km). Some people could learn a thing or two from these guys' service, and I felt in good hands there. Friendly, competent treatment... what more could you want!?! From now on, my go-to bike is... Fahrrad Dörfler 👍👍👍👍

Definitely recommendable. I felt I received very good advice. The bike was adjusted right away to fit me. Definitely nicer than the huge bike shops.

Here, they don't just sell you a bike, they fit you with a tailor-made suit. The advice, test ride, service, and friendliness are all top-notch. This is how I imagine a shopping experience, keep it up 👍

A super friendly, competent, and pleasant bike shop. They took care of my request, going above and beyond the call of duty. Prices were also very fair. I'll gladly return for maintenance/repairs. Highly recommended!

They guy was super nice, helped me out with a few things with the bike. I bit heavy on the pocket though 😁 but quality was 10/10.
