I spontaneously decided to rent my snowboard equipment in Nuremberg before leaving for my vacation – and I knew right away in the shop that it was a fantastic decision. Excellent advice, a relaxed atmosphere, and in the end, a board that I absolutely loved. It couldn't have been better :) I'm already looking forward to getting advice from Jürgen soon when I buy my own snowboard equipment. You rarely find that much experience and expertise in this field. Highly recommended – thank you!

After about 15 years of sporadic riding, I finally decided to buy a new board. After years of desperately trying to learn to snowboard with a used, old camber board and oversized, worn-out boots, I finally got to enjoy excellent advice from a professional. Jürgen took his time, measured my feet and legs, asked questions, looked at my old board, and so on. From the boots to (finally!) step-in bindings to the board itself, he took a lot of time to explain everything and even ordered another pair of boots to be absolutely sure I was 100% satisfied. With the setup he put together for me, I went for my first test ride. What can I say? The pro was absolutely right; it finally feels like riding properly. I practically didn't even notice I was on an icy slope, that's how well the new board performed. During my test ride, I was also able to recommend to a friend that she get some advice here before she spends years struggling with the wrong equipment (also an old camber board with old boots as a complete beginner), and she was very happy with this valuable tip. Thanks Jürgen, for rekindling our love of snowboarding :) Best regards!!!

Jürgen is an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable shop owner. He took his time and gave me excellent advice when choosing my first snowboard. I've now ridden three times with the snowboard "set" that Jürgen put together, and I'm still thrilled – thank you so much! It's amazing how much time Jürgen dedicates to the consultation; in the end, it was 1.5 hours. I went from a beginner board to an intermediate board, and his description of it feeling like a completely new sport is 100% accurate! 🥳 What I really appreciated about the consultation was that you never feel pressured into buying anything. Instead, he explains the differences. Of course, I ended up leaving with a new board, new bindings, and new boots – and the combination is simply fantastic. Riding is even more fun than before! Thanks again – I'll be back!

Excellent service at Eccentric Ski & Snowboard in Nuremberg! The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, and he really takes the time to give good advice. I bought a complete beginner's snowboard setup there and received perfect guidance, ensuring everything was a perfect fit. It's a small shop, but with a great selection and everything you need for snowboarding. The prices are fair and comparable to online retailers – plus, you get personalized service. Highly recommended!

My wife and I visited Eccentric for the first time yesterday. I wanted to buy a new snowboard set for beginners. Jürgen gave me excellent and very competent advice. Even though we arrived just as the store was closing, there was no rush. He took an incredible amount of time and was very careful to find exactly the right equipment for me. At the end, he even adjusted everything for me so I could ride today! AFTERWARDS, as I said, he was actually already closing time, my wife got some excellent rental equipment. In the end, we both left the store absolutely delighted.

After receiving honest and personalized advice from Jürgen, I bought a splitboard. I was very impressed not only with the board and the rest of the equipment, but also with the overall impression of the beautifully furnished shop and Jürgen's high level of expertise. Yesterday was my first time at Eccentric. I originally just wanted to buy new snowboard boots and brought my old board along for servicing. Half an hour after closing time, I happily left with excellent equipment, including a new board and bindings. Jürgen really took his time with us, gave great advice, and set up my new snowboard right away. It's a really nicely decorated shop with a much wider selection of equipment for snowboarders compared to the competition. Thank you so much for your time and the friendly, honest, and expert advice! We'll definitely be back :)

Very nice shop and amazing customer service. Here one can find literally everything he needs. I have bought snowboard + boots for my daughter, and we are very happy with our choice. Highly recommended!
