Great service, the owner can speak English and he was really helpful, repair costs were quite reasonable, I will definitely be coming back in case of bike trouble

Although Rick's shop is currently undergoing changes, he helped me get my new bike through email, WhatsApp, and phone contact. He made me an absolutely fair offer, easily arranged a test ride, gave excellent advice, and always kept me updated on the order status. Bikes are clearly Rick's passion; you can feel it.

Rick took the time to get my old bike back in working order at a fair price. He was very friendly, competent, and answered all my questions perfectly. I would gladly use his services again!

Although they couldn't help us with the repair, the employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even came with us to the car to take a look at the bike – that's really not something you can take for granted! Afterwards, he recommended another service and even offered to call them himself to sort everything out for us. Highly recommended – customer satisfaction is truly a top priority here!

I had a great experience with the crew at Fahrlaessig, I was looking for something specific and since I was based outside of Nürnberg - I had many questions. The team did a super job advising me and keeping me updated. Super happy with the service.
