I bought my new bike there and I'm absolutely thrilled! The advice was fantastic, professional, and friendly, with precise measurements taken to find the perfect bike for me. They really catered to my individual needs, and I felt completely comfortable and confident during the consultation, which helped me make a great decision. The workshop also deserves a mention; I'd already been there for a repair before buying this bike, and it was done quickly and, most importantly, transparently. They also did a fast and clean job on my current bike. All in all, the whole bike-buying experience was superb, and I would definitely go back to this shop and highly recommend it to anyone!

The repair of my very worn (and neglected) bicycle was carried out to my complete satisfaction. From the very friendly and professional initial assessment and diagnosis to the final pickup, everything went very smoothly. The estimate, appointment, and invoice were all digital and received within minutes – I found this excellent. The work was completed within a single day. The estimate and the final invoice were largely identical. Thank you, and I will definitely use your services again.

I bought an e-bike from Zweirad Kißkalt and I'm completely satisfied! The advice I received from Mr. and Mrs. Kißkalt was absolutely top-notch – competent, friendly, and personalized. I was particularly impressed that they took complete measurements to determine the optimal riding position and the perfect bike for me. You can immediately tell that they work with a great deal of expertise and passion. I can wholeheartedly recommend Zweirad Kißkalt!

I came in 17:30 Thursday and shop is closed But schedule is until 18!!!

Our store is not closed, as stated on the door; you should use the courtyard entrance. Since there have been several dangerous situations for customers due to the heavy traffic on the sidewalk (cyclists and e-scooters), we have decided to no longer open this door and instead use the back entrance.

Very good service and price. Change of cassete for service they charged only 5 euros :) or maybe even less as in total I payed 18 eur. But before anything they explained how can I do myself with lock ring. I have one but it doesnt fit my bike so thats why I went there.

Despite my "sehr schlecht Deutsch," the shopkeeper was very helpful and patient with my bumbling language. The prices seem a little high, but it's wonderful to have a reliable bike shop around the corner.

Please DO NOT even bother to enter this store. It is certainly THE WORST bicycle shop I have ever been to. The service is horrible, the two workers are extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful to the clients. I have been 5 times in this store (I kept giving them chances, as anyone can have a bad day, but 5/5? That's too much). The prices of the items they sell are ridiculously inflated (a light which they sell for 40€ costs 5,99 € in another store, same product). Their services are also outrageously costly, you must pay just for them to look at your bike! (And we are talking about 20€!) Moreover, they make you wait and when you finally get them to assist you, they try everything possible to make you pay for something. I bought a product and then an hour later found the same product costing 7 times cheaper, tried to return the overly expensive product to Zweirad Kißkalt and they would not take the still packed intact product! (2 hours after being bought!). It is absurd and unbelievable that they are still on business. I have been in bicycle stores in many countries and have never been so disappointed and so badly treated. If you want to buy something for your bike or have your bike fixed, find another store. DO NOT even bother to enter. I really hope they will change their ways in the future.
