Service was fine, but I found one practice quite unsettling: they insisted on taking my address and street number for 'client follow-up,' even though I only came in for a chain replacement. Strangely, they didn’t record essential details like the model of my bike. Just to clarify, there’s nothing valuable to find either at their shop or at my place. Growing up in Paris, not Nuremberg, taught me to always be cautious. Definitely something they should reconsider.

I’ve been riding bikes (BMX & MTB) most of my life and lived quite in a few cities/countries so far. This is the best shop/service I’ve ever dealt with. The store is rather small but stocked with decent brands. But the main thing is the people behind it. Both mechanics and store men are kind, attentive and just real folks. Now, even if I can get some parts cheaper online, I’m still buying them from this shop, as I know that my money go to core community. Though overall their prices are fair; only big discounters would be cheaper. However, big discounters aren’t serving my local scene. Thanks for your work, Fahrradkiste!

I asked them to repair my bike because I had a broken screw . They cheated me by not changing any part and charging me 5 euro for a repair that broke like 10 minutes later. Don't get scammed, especially by the owner
