I was looking for a Böttcher gravel bike, a brand that's hard to find in my country, for versatile use (especially for cycle touring), and I found it at Fahrradladen Lindengasse. Since it was a demo model, I got a great price. They were very kind in agreeing to ship the bike to me outside of Germany. Daniel's service and advice throughout the entire purchase process were simply impeccable in every way. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to visit the shop yet, but if I ever go to Nürnberg, I'll definitely visit them. I tested the Böttcher bike for just over 1000 km on a long trip with varied road surfaces, and I can confirm that it's rock solid and reliable. For many reasons, I highly recommend buying from Fahrradladen Lindengasse! :)

Expertise and Flexibility – My Dream Bike Thanks to Bicycle Shop Lindengasse I bought my company bike at the Lindengasse bicycle shop and am absolutely satisfied. I was particularly impressed by the team's expertise and flexibility. They listened specifically to my needs and gave me excellent advice. I bought my bike here 5 years ago and received transparent advice right from the start; the advice is comprehensive, if requested; invoices are always transparent; when comparing online, the installed parts sometimes cost more or the same amount; I think the quality/sustainability is excellent; appointments are easy to arrange and can be made online; I find the owners very helpful and customer-oriented; they don't push anything or talk you into anything; customer service is fast and reliable; I think the price-performance ratio is first-class – keep it up.

Super friendly and competent staff; the inner tube on the rear tire was changed in 10 minutes or less, both tires were inflated, and the employee even gave me some tips – all for a very good price. I'll definitely be back and recommend you visit the store as well. 10/10 :)

I am very satisfied; they are knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. They provide detailed information and personalized advice, and you feel well taken care of from the very first moment. The Lindengasse bike shop was recommended to me by Fahrradkiste, and it was a perfect choice.

I had a true bicycle store experience here. Small super, nice friendly and very competent guy recommended good products to me and really cares about you and your questions. He had everything I needed at s good price and it did not feel like in s factory. I will always come back here. Thank you!!

This shop is amazing and literally life savers. I went to buy pedals for my new bike (that i bought elsewhere) and I had great advices and top notch product. BUT later during the day, my new bike had an issue : the chain broke (omg i was not happy). I went again to the shop, they fixed it in 2 minutes and gave me further advices on maintenance and specificities about the bike. That's more than customer service at this level... that's customer delight ! Thanks a lot guys !
