Best buying experience in Germany for me. Detailed foot analysis by running on treadmill and also went for a short run outside the shop. They really do spend enough time with each customer to make sure that the customer has the best fitting shoe for their need.

The store provided a great selection of running shoes and excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Additionally they had great sales in which I recieved 100 euros off of two different pairs of asics running shoes that were both over 200 euros.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The person helping me seems to be a runner which I appreciate, it's better to get advice from someone that is in the sport. Also pretty good English so there was no problem in talking. Shoe selection is ok, I originally wanted to see some Saucony shoes and the main models were not available in my size (44 - very generic size). I got quite a few other options which was also fine of course, and got 2 pairs of shoes. If the store was bigger with more selection it would be even better. It's not anyone's fault, often you notice Nurnberg is not big enough city to have really everything. The 4 star means it's not a perfect store because of this, but there were no problems of course. Very possible I will go back for more running shoes, unless I find a bigger store that is just as good.

Large selection of shoes, amazing customer service. The lady at the store patiently translated everything to English for me and gave recommendations based on treadmill analysis. They also encourage you to go outside and actually run in the shoes. Definitely a better store than all the ones in the city center!

Visited with my wife who was looking for running shoes. The owner was fantastic, really attentive and helpful. Yes; the footwear can be pricey but you get what you pay for and with service of this standard you leave feeling happy. Highly recommended.
