I live practically around the corner, so the shop is perfect. However, in several years, I've only seen it open once. How often have I stood in front of a locked door... a disaster. And of course, nobody's reachable by phone. I suspect the shop is run more as a hobby, which would be fine if you could actually get in touch with someone to make an appointment, for example.

I've been there several times, and each time it was a waste of time. This is especially frustrating because I specifically wanted to support a small, local shop. The different opening hours online and in-store, the constantly closed door despite supposedly being open, and the complete lack of response to phone calls give the impression that they open whenever they feel like it. Very disappointing – this makes things unnecessarily difficult for customers.

Top-notch workshop. Both my old steel-frame road bike, which I use for getting around town, and my new carbon gravel bike are always repaired and serviced here quickly and reliably. There's no need to wait for an appointment, and you get fast service at a good price!

Friendly and a reliable person. I had to repair the bike for my delivery work and he made it ready in 2 hours.

Despite his illness, Stefan Kuglmeier repaired my e-bike as promised, within the agreed timeframe. I'm very satisfied with the service and highly recommend him and his workshop.

Scam shop! Beware! They've stolen my bike! We dropped off my bike for repairs. They said we could pick it up the next day at the same time. We went there the next day and the day after during opening hours, but no one was there. There was a phone number on the door, but we couldn't reach anyone by phone or WhatsApp/SMS. We never received a response. Due to our move, which the owner knew about, we ultimately had to leave the bike behind. In summary: The owner doesn't keep to agreed appointments, isn't there during opening hours, isn't reachable at the number provided (and doesn't answer either), and has now finally stolen my bike. He really should be reported!

Great shop. I came with a flat tire and he fixed it quick. And also he adjusted the shifter and brakes without asking.

Stefan is the best bike mechanic ever! I got my bike crank arm very very VERY STUCK! I visited many bike-shops around in Nuremberg and nobody was able to (or didn't want to because they are too lazy to fix a old bike) help me to remove it but Stefan brilliantly managed to remove it like a magic! Seriously he is the best bike mechanic in Nuremberg and also a very nice guy! I know that sometimes is difficult to deal with bike mechanics but he is a very honest person! I strongly recommend his bike shop and services!
