I had a frustrating experience with the return policy at JD Sports. Despite being assured in the Nuremberg store that I could return items in the Netherlands, the Dutch branch refused my return. Efforts to resolve this online with customer service have been unsatisfactory, leaving me with products that do not fit. Communication has been clear from my side, but the responses from JD Sports have been rigid, denying any assistance for a transaction across borders, even by post. This experience has been inconvenient and disappointing, especially for an international customer who relies on flexibility and clear policies.

The worst costumer service. Mu mum bought me shoes as a gift and didn't open until I came and try them on. It didn't fit so I came to return them and get other size. They didn't accept it because of black streaks under which obviously every shoes has if u try them and walk in shop. Maybe they should clean floor more often. Don't recommend to buy something there.

I bought there an adidas continental 80, in the store I didn’t realised that the shoes were different one with like “rough” surface and the other one with “smooth”, I found out later and came back to get both same. They already knew what was going on and told me that they didn’t have the one fitting with the other. I can’t think of a way how can this happen. They returned me the money, but zero effort to make it right. With calm heart they sold me a pair with both shoes different.
