Customer service and support are top priorities here! All employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. Mr. Wende from the technical department and Mr. Vogel from the online shop are both second to none in terms of helpfulness and service! I've been using I.C.E Tomahawk and similar equipment exclusively at studios for 16 years and will continue to be loyal to the brand. You'll definitely get the help you need!

I own the Tomahawk IC1. I bought it over two years ago (so it's no longer under warranty). Unfortunately, the bike computer's heart rate display became increasingly unreliable; sometimes it stopped working altogether. So I contacted customer service. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Since I live not far from Nuremberg (where Cytech is headquartered), I drove there – with the entire handlebar system – to try and find the problem. Upon arrival, I received a very warm welcome, and even though the issue wasn't immediately obvious, they helped me quickly, easily, and without any fuss. I'm very happy with my IC1 and just as happy with the company as I've experienced it as a customer. If Germany is truly a service desert, then Cytech is the only oasis! Thank you!
