I'm completely satisfied. I first went there two years ago for advice and parts to repair a bicycle trailer, and I received excellent advice and, most importantly, they were very helpful. I then bought a bicycle there as well, and they gave me great advice on that too. I chose a more affordable one because it was the better fit for my needs. Since then, I've always received an honest and helpful assessment and/or solution every time I've been there. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I went to P.O.S. to wax my snowboard and fix the gash. As for waxing I only regret that didn't trust the review below that it doesn't fit for each board, so for my rocker, not all the surface was properly waxed. As for scratches, only one was repaired and I was charged 40 euros in total which is definitely overpriced, considering the work being done. When I came home I also noticed 2cm deep cut (see the picture), it's easy to spot that was done by some kind of saw. I recommend to either go to another place for this service or spend 60 euros for the set to do this operation at home, which will be of higher quality and cheaper (considering 40 euros per time there).

Hello, I'm sorry you're not satisfied with our self-service. We have new machines for this work, and they work perfectly; otherwise, no complaints. This wasn't what you described; it wasn't usual. Please bring the self-service back to the store so I can take a look at it. If it's our mistake, I'll be sure to correct it free of charge.
