Everything went perfectly! I was looking for a very specific bottle cage adapter. The part was quickly offered after my email inquiry and was ready for pickup very soon after I placed my order. A big plus: customer parking (public parking is rather scarce). Highly recommended.

I had a problem with the rear wheel; it wasn't turning properly. When I picked it up, I wasn't sure if it was any better after pushing the bike. But they fixed it perfectly. I haven't been this fast on my bike in ages. I've been using it for two weeks now, and it's still great. Thank you so much!

I took my e-bike to a repair shop with a faulty rear brake. They told me they could replace the brake lines, but without any guarantee that it would fix the problem. After several inquiries about whether a brake from the same model, sold by the manufacturer, could be installed, they only gave me excuses that they weren't allowed to due to regulations, even though the manufacturer offers this exact brake as a spare part – in this case, the Shimano MT200. After that, I went to a different shop, and the brake was replaced within an hour, and my problem was resolved. I will never buy from Pedelec Schmidt again.

As we previously informed you, we are unable to repair your Fischer bicycle because:<br><br>- The Fischer support team who already visited you refused to carry out the repair. You were unable to provide a reason for this.<br><br>- We do not carry this type of brake and have no business relationship with Fischer.<br><br>- We could not rule out another defect in your bicycle, and you had set a budget limit that we could not guarantee.<br><br>We recommended that you contact an authorized Fischer dealer.<br>...

I've never seen a shop like this before, where they let me pay for my bike quietly and discreetly. This shop is simply fantastic, I give it five stars! They even let me test ride the bike I'm going to buy on July 9, 2024. I bought this bike on October 2, 2024, and since then I've already ridden 1020 km. Best regards, Viktor

Update: After a while of waiting, the bike arrived even earlier than expected. The bike delivery was excellent, everything was checked thoroughly! Just like when I bought it, I received a first-class recommendation. You only get one first impression, and this is a win! New e-bike purchase with expert advice and measurements. Plus, the brakes on my old bike were replaced and overhauled to a sensational standard. The price... with a slight discount, of course... still unbeatable. I'm looking forward to good customer service.
