Simply top-notch – it couldn't be better! We've now ordered jerseys from Sport Shop Fischbach for the second time – and what can we say? We're absolutely thrilled! Everything went perfectly from the very first contact. Communication is quick, friendly, and personal – you can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. Both deliveries arrived faster than expected (we almost thought the jerseys were being teleported 😄) and the quality is excellent. Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I was looking for, as it wasn't in their product range. They seem to specialize more in online sales. That's fine. However, it doesn't help me right now.

No items available for trying on; what's ordered must be purchased. At these prices, it would be very annoying if it didn't fit. Therefore, it's pointless for us to order from them. I hope my club switches printers soon.

A good shop for club orders. Communication via email and telephone was good. Delivery times were fast and prices were reasonable. No errors occurred during the ordering process; I would gladly order again.

I ordered a winter jacket as a birthday present. Three weeks before my birthday, which was on October 2nd, the jacket still hasn't arrived (two months later). I only received a notification when I asked that it would take longer, and I haven't received any information about how long it will take. The jacket will no longer be of any use this year in two weeks, as the winter break is just around the corner.

Without any prior contact between the club and the shop, it was possible to print a large run of individually designed championship shirts within 48 hours and deliver them in time to Tübingen, more than two hours away. Excellent accessibility, professionalism, and quality from start to finish.

A surprise saved in 30 minutes! I'm still speechless and would give 20 stars if I could. What my beloved club couldn't grasp with its fan shop, was immediately implemented in Fischbach: personalized jerseys! But let's start from the beginning. It was a wedding, time was short, and the question was: where could I get flocked FCN jerseys? Naturally, I looked at the stadium, but personalized jerseys there now have a delivery time. Even the clubhouse didn't quite understand that it was a wedding gift needed in two hours. At least a friendly colleague was able to inform me that the flocking was done in Fischbach. Shortly before their break, around 12:30, I was able to order everything by phone and set off. The staff was fantastic and didn't care that the jerseys were even purchased directly from FCN. After the 15-minute drive, I had the flocking in front of me, and in five minutes it was on the jerseys, making the surprise at the registry office at 2 p.m. perfect. Thanks again, that was an amazing service!
