A very friendly and competent team. I've been buying skis there for years and occasionally renting them as well. I've never had any problems and have always had a pleasant experience.

I had to get my skis serviced at short notice. The result is excellent; the edges are perfect again.

Fantastic shop! Super relaxed atmosphere and really great advice – this is how sports shopping should be. I bought my skis and ski boots here and felt perfectly taken care of from the very beginning. I'd especially like to commend the two gentlemen in the shop: extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and totally customer-oriented. You can tell they work with passion. I'm absolutely thrilled and will definitely be back!

I went there for ski servicing and bought something. Not a bargain, but a good selection.

This incident is a prime example of structural service problems in brick-and-mortar retail. Here's what happened: I was asked to purchase a specific product as a gift. The desired model wasn't available, so the salesperson suggested an alternative. In this context, it's perfectly legitimate and necessary to briefly discuss this alternative – especially when you're not the final decision-maker. Instead of professionally guiding this understandable process, I was summarily accused of "sales theft." The implicit assumption that I would subsequently buy the product cheaper online was unfounded and factually incorrect. Price was not a factor for me. On the contrary, I explicitly intended to buy from a local retailer because I needed the item immediately and consciously support regional businesses. This accusation is particularly irritating given that my family has been a customer of this store for years. We have a long-standing, trust-based business relationship with regular purchases. This loyalty was completely disregarded in this situation. Instead of building on existing customer loyalty, the response was one of mistrust, insinuations, and a defensive attitude. The result is clear: Not only was this specific purchase prevented, but the long-standing customer relationship was also permanently damaged. From now on, nothing will be purchased at this store. This demonstrates once again that a lack of service competence and an insufficient understanding of real-world decision-making processes don't weaken online retail, but rather brick-and-mortar stores themselves. Conclusion: Loss of trust, a lack of customer focus, and short-sighted behavior towards long-standing customers. This very behavior justifies the term "service desert Germany" and explains why even loyal customers are consistently turning their backs on local retailers.

Excellent and friendly service. We shop there regularly, buying everything from hiking boots and skis to tennis rackets, casual clothes, and shoes.

I placed my order through Amazon. The goods were delivered quite quickly via DHL. So everything went perfectly.

The quality of customer service is always best demonstrated in the event of a complaint. We bought a tennis racket for my daughter, but it was too small and too light. The return was hassle-free. Unfortunately, you don't see that kind of service very often these days. Thank you.
