Great service and friendly staff! I took my BMC Timemachine R01 and asked for help installing the Garmin mount. They told me that they would reach out to BMC, make some verifications, and install it. Even though they asked me to keep the bicycle in the shop for 2 days, I got a call on the same day, and it was ready. Update: After my first visit Trek Bicycle Nurnberg became my go to place for any service needs. I have been there many times. The staff is super friendly and service is great and professional.

The afternoon of my last day of my vacation before returning to the US, I was trying to find a German cycling jersey. This Trek store near my hotel didn’t have any in my size, but the manager and his shop lead were super helpful connecting me with the manager of their other shop in Nuremberg who had jerseys. A great experience from a professional team! Danke schon!

If you're looking for any type of bike—gravel, road, or mountain—this is the store for you! The staff here is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to ensure you're comfortable and never pressure you into making a purchase. Before coming to this store, I searched everywhere—Munich, Regensburg, Amberg—and their hospitality and care were truly above and beyond. I purchased a Trek Checkpoint gravel bike, and unfortunately, within two weeks of owning it, I was involved in an accident. Despite this, they went above and beyond to help me, ensuring my bike was as good as new. The maintenance section is also phenomenal!

Fantastic store and work shop, the most clean work shop I've seen ever. Great service from Patrick, a true cyclists gentleman, helped out with some very needed brake adjustment.

Absolutely great service from the staff. Their prices are maybe a bit high but quality and the service you get is top notch. I visited the store once when it was technically closed but they still helped me which shows they are willing to go the extra mile, very impressed! I was also able to speak English with at least several employees without a problem. The Nuremberg store is a bit on the smaller side but the staff pointed me to the store in Furth (the city next door) which had more selection.

Love this store ! You can leave your bike to be fixed without an appointment and no matter the brand. The staff is super friendly and even if service is a bit pricey the quality really makes it worth !
