I was shopping at TX Select today and was unfortunately treated very rudely by an employee. Instead of being helpful or friendly, she seemed annoyed; no smile, no greeting, no motivation. This kind of behavior is disappointing and doesn't reflect well on the store. Customer service should look different. I won't be visiting this store again soon...

A very nice shop. Everything is beautifully arranged. The items are a bit pricey, but not too expensive. The only thing I can complain about is that one of the employees was a little unfriendly. Otherwise, everything is great.

As a huge fan and long-time TX customer, I spontaneously went there with a friend on Saturday and have to say that I was very disappointed by the lady at the checkout. I'm not used to such unpleasant and downright unfriendly behavior from TX employees! We left the store immediately. I will only go to the regular TX in the future.

Definitely one of the best shops in Nuremberg. I never leave without buying something. The salespeople who run the store... fantastic! Everyone is very friendly. I've never been treated rudely. 1,000 stars and hugs

A truly great shopping experience. I always find something. I love this store and the great selection. Plus, there's a loyalty card with discounts. 😃

I almost never find anything I like. Exchanges are only for merchandise or a voucher. So you're stuck with that. I don't like that at all when you can't find anything you like. So I quickly bought a shirt and my remaining €5 balance was issued as a voucher again!!! Hmm...

I highly recommend this beautiful shop. I bought a dress there last week and am thrilled with the service and expert advice. The dress was altered for me and even shipped to me since I don't live in Nuremberg. Thank you so much for this outstanding service and your warm hospitality.

I LOVE this store! I always find something that fits perfectly! The salespeople are incredibly sweet and give excellent advice. Whenever I've worn clothes from there, people have often commented on how great they look and where I got them. Some of the clothes even come directly from Paris, which not everyone has (like clothes from H&M, for example). I highly recommend this store! P.S.: They even have Victoria's Secret lingerie!
