Big shop with good range of bicycles, E bikes for adults and children. I really liked the ride and buy concept all within the shop. Also, they have a workshop inside for any kind of adjustments or extra fittings for new bikes purchased or the repairs of old ones bought originally from the shop. The employees are kind and helpful in nature. Centrally located and easily accessible in car as they have a big parking lot. Well recommended.

I bought a scott bycicle and it was amazing. Mr. EL mekki was super helpful and polite and he suggested me good offers and also a gift as I bought the last item and also because I am a student.

A nice place to buy bikes and accessories. I bight an e bike for my wife from here.They also offer all kind of bike services. I have given my bike trailer for kids. They are offering such kind of services as well.

I highly recommend the service centre at Zweirad-center Nurnberg. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist in completing my new bikes 1000km service after a simple error was made on my part during booking. They went out of their way to make sure my bike was serviced, and parts were available even though my booking was not recorded in the system. A massive thank you to the team for getting me back on the rd quickly with a great attitude! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited this store for the second time and I bought a helmet this time. I was satisfied with both: the high quality of the product and the service. The sales consultant named L.Castelletti, paid huge attention to the customer(to us and to others, as we saw he also worked perfectly with other customers) and gave us full information. By the way he speaks English fluently which is a great advantage. I would like to thank him one more time. I will choose this store again.

Bought a bike and one week later as I tried it to go to work, I had an accident and broke my nose because as I was going on the bike, the chain somehow derailed and made me lose my equilibrium. I later tried to understand what had happened and saw that this problem only happened at specific speeds. I continued then using the bike avoiding those speeds and brought it to the store for a revision. Guys did something and I thought it was fine but it ended up still having issues. When I asked if they could do a full revision I was told to come back after I've done some hundreds of kilometers. Issues with the bike kept appearing and I decided not to use it anymore. I then brought it to a workshop, the person working there made me a list of everything that is wrong with the bike and I now need to pay 25% of the bike's price just to have it safe and functional. It is NEW! Not normal. Tl;dr: they sell bikes they have not checked, no revision was offered to me, had to have the bike revised in a place I could trust instead. Lost money and got a broken nose for no reason, do not recommend.

Great selection of bikes. Im.not a German speaker the friendly staff helped me find an employee that could answer all my questions. The staff went out of their way to help me and my son in both fitting helmets and purchasing gear. They also accepted my VAT form without any problems. They are very friendly. The store is very busy so you may have to wait a little while for the staff to attend to you, but once they do they are very professional. I will return to this store for more gear and possibly another bike.

Great experience. Even though I do not speak german, when I arrived there Mr. Salame was a big help and he knew everything. He explained to me all the functionalities of all types of bicycles and helped me to choose exactly the one that I needed. Fully recommend the store and wish you all can have a great experience.
