Mr. Kaiser is truly a fair bike mechanic. I sent an online bike shop and a customer with a broken inner tube for repair. I spoke with Mr. Kaiser on the phone beforehand. Fair prices, top customer service.

I went there because the gears were broken. Super fast service, good advice, and absolutely fair prices. A bike repair shop like this is very rare these days. I was very pleasantly surprised and will only take my bike there from now on.

I was out on a bike tour and suffered irreparable damage to my front wheel. While googling for the nearest bike shop, I came across Radl Kaiser. I had a good feeling about them right from the first phone call. Finding the somewhat hidden shop was a bit of a hassle, but Mr. Kaiser completely lived up to my expectations. He was able to help me immediately with a used front wheel. After a short time and some pleasant conversation, I was able to continue my ride. I can highly recommend Radl Kaiser. I'm from Weißenburg and wish we had a shop like this nearby.

Fantastic! I've found my bike shop! I brought in a used children's bike for a check-up. I'm very happy with the service, the price, and last but not least, the exceptionally friendly owner. Everything's wonderful; my bike will be checked in the spring 😊

A few weeks ago, Mr. Kaiser serviced my e-bike, especially fixing the brakes, and I was even able to pick it up again within a day. Since the bike is still in excellent condition after several hundred kilometers, I can highly recommend this professional bike repair shop.

Full recommendation You feel in good hands here. I had my balance bike repaired. I was advised to contact the dealer first to save costs. In the end, it was repaired here, and the costs were covered. He has my trust. And a new customer. Please note: Only debit card or cash payments accepted. Price-performance ratio: excellent to reasonable. I would gladly use again.

I've been taking all my bikes there for a long time now. Mr. Kaiser is extremely knowledgeable, gives honest advice, and actually repairs bicycles. That means he looks for the root cause of the problem and doesn't just replace a part. I can wholeheartedly recommend him.
