Worst experience you can ever have, then she gets sent the wrong things, I want to send them back and then I don't get my money back, but I get the wrong things sent back and then I have to keep them, over 100 € in damage and nobody feels addressed

Very bad experience with the latest product purchased. The product became unusable after a very small, fragile plastic part broke after less than 10 uses under normal conditions. Customer service informed me that they don't have the part in stock (so how do you manufacture the product?) and told me to figure it out myself. I am very disappointed because these knee braces are the most expensive in the ION range and are now unusable.

Unfortunately, Boards & More refused to cover the repair of a hole in the mast sleeve that occurred when inserting the (Duotone) mast into my just two-year-old Duotone 8.3 S-Pace under the 2+3-year warranty extension, citing the "reason" that it was "probably" caused by external grinding marks. I therefore consider this warranty extension (which only excludes damage to the monofilm) to be a smokescreen, if not even unfair competition.

Completely competent, very friendly and helpful staff! Every concern is taken care of promptly; if something doesn't fit, it's made right away! That makes shopping fun ;)

I placed an order in the online shop in December 2021. Delivery and invoicing were prompt, and one item was returned directly to the shop. The address is in Oberhaching. Mr. Schmitt confirmed receipt. Nothing happened until week 2 of 2022. I called Austria and received a phone number from the Oberhaching shop. Two days later, I found the package. Hurray! B&M confirmed receipt, and since then, I've been waiting over a week for my refund. The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. This company has numerous problems that they should solve quickly, that won't last! I'm curious to see how things develop. I've now been put off with a callback. If that doesn't happen, I will refer the case to legal counsel and have a claim for damages examined!

If you're looking for a competent shop with friendly advice, this is the place for you. Any problems are addressed immediately and resolved extremely quickly. I'll definitely buy my next board from Boards & More! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Unfriendly and utterly rude service! No one at this company feels even the slightest bit addressed or responsible. Furthermore, they're virtually unreachable, and then they issue exorbitant bills without a word or comment! Never again!
