I ordered something online from this shop at the beginning of December 2025, and according to DHL, the goods were handed to me personally, even though I was in Denmark at the time. DHL also doesn't have authorization to leave packages in this way. After repeatedly contacting the shop about the status of the lost package, I received no response for a while. Constant inquiries and requests to send all documents to DHL took forever. Today, I was informed that there will be no refund because the package was handed to me personally. The shop has all the information that this is not the case. Therefore, be careful when buying from this retailer.

We are sorry that this caused any confusion or inconvenience.<br><br>According to the information we received from DHL, a delivery release authorization was in place, and the delivery driver confirmed that the package was delivered with a signature. From the shipping provider's perspective, the delivery was therefore considered to have been completed correctly. Unfortunately, as the retailer, we have no direct control over the delivery process itself.<br><br>Nevertheless, we supported you to the best of our ability and assisted in providing the necessary documentation for the investigation. We sincerely regret that the communication was unsatisfactory at times from your perspective.<br><br>Based on the documented delivery, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund. I haven't had such excellent advice (over the phone) in a long time. The employee was knowledgeable, took her time, and helped us find the perfect harness. Now that's what I call customer service! The deliveries arrived quickly, too. Highly recommended and I would definitely use them again.

We ordered a few items online. Very fast delivery and great quality. The size charts are well-organized. Everything fits. We're particularly impressed with the Ruffwear Highlands Pad sleeping pad. We've been looking for a long time for a pad that we can easily take anywhere as a sleeping surface. This one is extremely lightweight, foldable, easy to care for, and durable. It's easy to close with Velcro and has a carrying strap. Suitable for indoors and outdoors. A great product!

I ordered booties here on the recommendation of my vet. Unfortunately, the Austrian postal service messed things up in a way I'd never experienced before and ultimately couldn't/wouldn't help me. After a very pleasant phone call with Antje, I received assistance, and my dog can finally walk in his new booties. Thank you, Antje, I'll be ordering again soon. Best regards from Vienna :)

It's great that this shop exists. Excellent advice, good prices, and Annick is very, very nice and helpful. While you can shop online, direct contact and purchase are always better. We were able to try things on extensively and also met some nice people (like-minded individuals). Fantastic!

Worth the drive from Munich, will visit them again for any type of dog gear! The lady helped us with the search for the best pulling harness for our Aussie-Labrador mix. Very professional with a lot of comments with the focus on the dog’s wellbeing; the harness fits perfectly. Great friendly team, only the working hours are a bit tough if you don’t live nearby…

Unfortunately, I'm now standing in front of a closed shop, even though it says it's supposed to be open on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. ... I find that a real shame, as I specifically went to Hundling to get advice on a suitable sports harness for my dog, as I really appreciate the advice. But that's actually a negative point...

I stumbled across the shop by chance online and immediately decided to take a trip. I was very surprised by how well and professionally the business is run. I spontaneously signed up for a beginner's dog sledding course because there were still spots available. That was the best decision I could have made. Such an informative, friendly, and competent basic training course was a lot of fun for my dog and me and really helped us get into this sport. We will continue, come back, and recommend you to others. Thank you so much.
