I went there with my full-suspension bike and wanted to get some advice about what was wrong with my fork. He gave me advice and some tips on how to care for my bike. Very good shop, I'll gladly go there again.

Unfortunately, our trip to this shop was for nothing today, as the classifieds are listing bikes that appear to have been sold weeks ago. The bikes they do have don't look so great anymore.

We had clearly only requested a flat tire repair and had specifically left our phone number in case of any questions. We were all the more shocked when, upon picking up the bike, my son was suddenly presented with a bill for €100 – for services we understood we had never requested and which weren't necessary, as the bike had been repaired elsewhere shortly before. But what upset us most was the way our child was treated: It seemed to us that they initially refused to release the bike to him, at which point he called me, completely distraught. My offer to resolve the situation over the phone was rejected. When my wife picked up the bike later, she experienced what we believe to be the same harsh tone. We are truly disappointed. We never expected such treatment – especially towards children. It was a very distressing experience for us, and we still find it incomprehensible.

I almost let the bad reviews put me off, but I went anyway since I had no other option. The rear wheel rim on my e-bike had cracked. I called them and they told me their opening hours. They had a suitable rim, including a hub gear, in stock. They gave me a price for the rim and the conversion (chainring), and two hours later I got a call saying I could pick up the rear wheel. The price for the rim was comparable to the cheapest ones I'd found online, and the price for the installation was more than fair. I was treated kindly and would definitely go back there.

I went to this bike shop to have my tires pumped up, and it turned out the rear tire was damaged and needed replacing. The employee suggested replacing the front tire as well, since it was a bit old, and said there were two options for replacing it with a new one: €55 and €65. So I agreed to just replace the rear tire with a higher-quality one for €65 and just have the bolts on the front wheel tightened. That was all I asked for. When I went to pick up the bike, the price was €100 for two used tires worth €70 and some minor repairs I didn't understand, for €30. I explained that we hadn't agreed on this, but the employee was rude and told me not to come back. In the end, I didn't get what I wanted, and at a price I hadn't expected. I don't recommend contacting them, as there's a risk of being scammed and their rude behavior will leave you in a bad mood. Update: The rear tire was completely worn out after 9 days. I called, and they very rudely "recommended" that I go to another garage, hung up without letting me finish speaking, and then ignored my next call.

I brought our child's bike in for repair. After a quick inspection, they told me the brakes needed adjusting. (I was aware of this, but I'm impressed by how thoroughly they check things.) The price was quoted to me beforehand as around €70. About two hours later, I received a call saying everything was finished. My son and I were thrilled when we picked it up; not only was the price honored, but they also did a lot more without charging extra. The owner is a real Bavarian and speaks like one. I'm always satisfied, even if I just have questions or need advice.
