We are particularly satisfied with the shop. On the one hand, the selection is appealing; I got my cycling glasses there at a very fair price. The response time is very quick, competent, and service-oriented. I received immediate assistance. I would gladly shop there again!

I'm very satisfied with sportshop-direct and rightly give them 5 stars. Most prices are absolutely fair and sometimes significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Free shipping on orders over €30. Which tennis shop offers that these days? Shipping is lightning fast. Inquiries about a product, availability, or delivery time are answered immediately. The personal contact is excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop.

Fast processing, top-quality product... Now, in my opinion, there's a big but... the shop doesn't offer free returns... there are no return labels... Return shipping is at your own expense, which is justified by the low prices! Not up to date in my opinion!!!

Everything went smoothly. Shipping was within the timeframe stated on the website, and the racket arrived in perfect condition. And all at the absolute best price! As a bonus, they even included a free grip tape! I'd definitely order from them again!

Return shipping at my own expense!!! I accidentally ordered the wrong tennis string (value €156.90) and had to pay for the return shipping myself – which cost me €5.49. When I contacted Sportshop-Direct, they offered neither support nor any form of compensation. This is not what I consider customer service. I would have at least expected discounted return shipping, like the €1.95 offered by competitors. I immediately deleted my Sportshop-Direct account. I will NEVER order from them again!!!

I got two new Wilson rackets that had just been released, at a price no other online retailer could match. I also got a free set of strings and several grips. Great price, top-notch delivery within 3 days, top-notch service... Bottom line: I'll be buying my next rackets there again!

I discovered Sportshop-Direct by chance. Very fast processing and delivery. I also received two grips as a gift in the package. Unfortunately, I noticed minor material defects some time later, which I complained about by email. I promptly received a very friendly call back from Mr. Wildgruber. What great service! With competitors, you have to write countless emails and call several times before a complaint is even processed... My order will now be exchanged without any hassle. I can absolutely recommend Sportshop-Direct! Great service and a totally reasonable price. The minimum order value is excellent.
