Highly recommended. The inspection and repair of my bicycle were carried out professionally and to my complete satisfaction. On top of that, the service was truly friendly. The price-performance ratio is also very good. While some might save a few euros elsewhere, it's definitely worth shopping at this specialist store.

I arrived at the shop just before closing time, completely exhausted and at the start of a 700-kilometer bike tour. My gears had completely broken, and I also had a flat tire. Not only were I provided with a new gear set and tire, but they also kindly let me borrow tools and a pump for the installation. Even when the repair took a while, the staff remained friendly and competent. I owe the success of my bike tour to this little shop, as all the repairs held up perfectly, and my only regret is that I didn't tip them more.

I highly recommend Mr. Altmann and his team. The repairs to my bikes, some of which are old, are always carried out flawlessly and expertly, and at truly fair prices. How wonderful that this bike shop exists.

I bought a balance bike and my daughter's first bicycle here. The service was absolutely first-class. My e-MTB recently had a service here as a customer, and all the work was carried out as expected, professionally, and at a fair price. The bike rides like new again. Highly recommended!

We dropped off our daughter's bike. Of course, the team needed some time and preparation to inspect it. They replaced the chain, adjusted the gears, attached the luggage rack, and removed some links. We paid €61. What more could you ask for? Friendly, competent, and to the point. A family-run business! We'll definitely be back.

Since I live in a rural area and the bike was needed locally for the product I wanted to buy, I called before visiting the store to ask if the product I wanted was available there. I also asked if I needed an appointment as it had to be installed on the bike. No, I can just come by in the afternoon. They found a suitable part for me there, but installation was only possible if I left the bike there. I had to go home, though, so I took the part with me. After we had installed it at home in 5 minutes, we noticed some problems. A spacer and a suitable light were missing, as the old one was now covered. This shouldn't happen in a specialist shop. Firstly, installation wasn't possible, despite calling beforehand and even though it would have taken a professional two minutes at the most and could of course have been done for a fee. Secondly, if that's not possible, I have to inform the customer that additional parts may be required. P.S. After our weekly shopping, we went there again; I would have had to come by bike again to get the distance marker...

I'm very satisfied! I had a flat rear tire replaced at short notice without an appointment, and they changed it the same day. The price was more than fair; the new inner tube cost less than ten euros. I'd gladly use them again – excellent service and very good value for money.
