I waited a while before writing down my opinion here. I went to Andi about a year ago for a bike fitting appointment. After just 20 minutes, my hands kept going numb, and despite having an ErgoLab saddle, my backside was too. Andi took his time, and we significantly changed my riding position. I was skeptical at first, but now I have to say, it's perfect! Thank you so much for all your effort and the time you dedicated to me.

My husband unfortunately bought a bike from another shop that wasn't quite right for his size. Thanks to your bike fitting, it's now perfect! We'll definitely buy our next bike from you!!!

Hi, I'd like to give you some feedback on how the bike fitting on June 21, 2024, has affected me. Since my visit to ErgoLab, I've done three rides on my road bike: one 70 km ride, one with a significant elevation gain of over 120 km, and a fast 40 km ride. During none of these rides did I experience the problems I had before the fitting (numb hands, arms, and feet). I almost didn't believe it, but the new settings and the new SQLab saddle really made a difference. I'm so glad I went to ErgoLab because now I'm really enjoying road cycling again and can fully focus on the ride. Thank you so much; I felt very well taken care of. Best regards, Christian Dorn

Due to my height, I booked a laser measurement and size consultation at ergoLab. The process and consultation were excellent. Everything was discussed in detail. Now I can start looking for a suitable bike. ;-)

That's great! Finding the right bike can be quite a challenge, especially for very tall or very short people. In your case, unfortunately, almost no off-the-rack bike is a good fit.<br><br>We've offered to build you a custom-made bike with a frame tailored specifically to your needs this fall through our partner, Radsport Wolf.<br><br>We'll see. A few weeks ago, I went for a bike fitting at ergoLab to optimize my riding position on my road bike. Andi took plenty of time, explained everything in detail, and answered my questions. Everything left a competent and coherent impression. And most importantly, the small adjustments have, in my opinion, further improved my riding position. I highly recommend them.

After recovering from a herniated disc, I wanted to play it safe and check and optimize my cycling position, even though I hadn't had any major problems with cycling so far. Even though I was already very close to the recommended settings, there was still room for improvement! The service was incredibly friendly and they had plenty of time to answer all my questions.

I had my road bike fitted here. Andi took the necessary time for the measurements, adjustments, and saddle pressure check, explained everything, and answered all my other questions. I haven't had any problems since. Excellent! The online booking process was also perfect and quick.

5 stars for the excellent service during my visit. Employee Andi was extremely friendly and competent. I booked the full package, including seat, handlebar, and saddle position analysis. The appointment was arranged quickly, the service was super friendly and customer-oriented, and I'm completely satisfied. I also received helpful tips and advice, which made my visit even more valuable.

I went there with my city bike, as I cycle several kilometers to work every day and wanted to improve my riding position. Without experience, you can't find the optimal position just by watching YouTube videos. It was totally worth it; with the replacement of the seatpost and handlebars, the total price of just over €200 was absolutely reasonable. I was there for at least three hours, and they work very precisely. I can transfer my power to the pedals much better now, and I no longer have knee pain while cycling. I've even automatically gained a few kilometers per hour in speed. I can highly recommend it to anyone who cycles regularly!
