This is a great place if you want to fix your bike or buy some gear. The service is terrific and the people super nice!

I had a flatten tire 2 weeks ago, so I visited them to make a replacement of the tire. At the beginning, everything is normal and the repairman is very polite too. However, the tire flatted again 5 days after the replacement. I went back there and asked them what happened to my tire. The spokesman who speaks English said: ''it is obviously flat again and this is not our fault and I won't repair it for free. I know how you feel, but this could happen. The new inner tube could be flatten again just for 5 meter or just 5 minutes riding, so it could happen. You are just unlucky.'' Never mind, I believed them, maybe I was just unlucky, so I paid and replaced the inner tube again. I received the bike on last Friday and I didn't ride my bike over the weekend. Now it flatten again. Do you think it is just unlucky or they didn't find out the real problem? or giving you a bad quality of tire? I don't know but what I am pretty sure is that the spokesman will charge me another 20 Euro and say the same unlucky thing again. I spent 40 Euro for nothing, but maybe the air they gave me inside the inner tube which is pretty expensive, I guess. So probably you also need 'luck' if you visit them. Update I did not response to your comment as I thought it would be unnecessary and very unprofessional of you. First of all, providing me with a reduced priced to repair my tire definitely did not solve my problem as I still had a burst tire. This definitely has shown that you’re being unreliable as you mainly think of earning revenue instead of providing a good service. Next, if you are really professional, you would have figured out the main issue instead of wasting time responding to my comment. By the way, I had my bicycle tire repaired by a friend and now it’s working perfectly fine for at least a week now! By the way, I am not angry at all, just want you to improve yourself ;)

I'm very sorry about your problem. That's definitely annoying. However, we installed a Schwalbe inner tube, which is a quality product. You had a 1mm hole on the outer casting of the tube—which is definitely not our fault. The second time, you had another large hole in a different location, which came from a nail, a piece of glass, or something similar. But that's not our fault either! It looks like you've really had bad luck twice within two weeks?!<br><br>I understand you completely! That's really annoying!<br><br>Anyway, what can we do? I'd like to install a new inner tube and an inflatable tire on your bike at a very reduced price. Please call us at 089 8562379 to make an appointment.<br><br>Edit: After a flat tire, we fitted Lukas with a new inner tube. After a few days, he had another flat in a different spot. Although this wasn't our fault, we fitted him with another inner tube at an extremely low cost price. Now he's obviously got another flat. Even though this wasn't our fault, we completely understand his frustration.<br><br>Unfortunately, Lukas didn't respond to our offer to fit him with a puncture-proof tire. That's a shame.

Really good shop. Spokesperson knew English and pumped the air for bike and fixed the brakes for free.

Super friendly! Helped me pump my wheels and rejected to take money (even though I asked him to). Would definitely come again :)

Called to get information about a bicycle part and if it is possible to order it. The coworker made "funny" sounds: ahh ouughf and did not seem to be willing to help at all. Very poor customer service!

I don't recall anyone calling for bicycle parts I couldn't arrange! Did you call the correct phone number? Just call 089 8562379. You can definitely order any bicycle part you need.<br><br>Edit: I have no idea where Mr. Tatarskiy called, but it certainly wasn't my shop. Unfortunately, he didn't accept our offer to call the correct number. What a shame!

Shop fully furnished and lot of choices. Very helpful staff and kind, as they solved my bike problem fast and efficiently. They also speak perfect English.

On my visit in Munich I borrowed my friends bike, which didn't have any lights on it. Since I wanted to use it also by night I had to buy some lights that can be easily attached. So I went to the this bicylce shop nearby to buy some. Yes, it is an easy task to buy lights, but it was great that those guys were really kind and helpful in any way. I did ask a lot of things about their bikes although I didn't want to buy any and they were so great they really sat there and answered. Oh yeah, by the way, the lights are very good an still working great since I tend to torture my equipment usually. I took them with me to Greece by the way.. :-) Greetings from Athens and all the best guys!

Very friendly staff! They helped me fix my bikes breaks and pumped my wheels! I will go back if I ever have other issues with my bike, or just to buy bike equipment. They really have everything!
