Super friendly and competent bike shop! I wanted to add a front light to my Scott bike and had no idea how to do it. Even though I didn't buy the bike there, they helped me without any fuss. Other shops could learn a thing or two from them. Great service... unfortunately, I live in Berlin, otherwise Bike & Tools would be my first choice. Plus, Bike & Tools has a great YouTube channel! Check it out... :-)

I've been going to Bernd and his team for years and have never been disappointed. On the contrary – you always receive a very warm welcome, excellent advice, and the guys in the workshop truly value high-quality work. They put their heart and soul into everything they do! No one but me and Bike & Tools ever touches my bike. Thank you so much for your efforts and dedication to all my needs! Special thanks to Tobi :-)

Bike shop with top-notch service! Unlike most bike shops, Bernd and his team haven't just focused on selling expensive bikes; they also run a workshop with highly skilled bike mechanics. I brought in my bike with a drivetrain issue and also wanted to convert it to tubeless tires. I didn't have an appointment, but I was still able to pick up my bike just a few hours later. They didn't even charge me for the software update. Good job – keep it up! Highly recommended!

Went for disc brake problem on my road bike, even If I don't speak German, the team was really nice to me and available to check and figure out the problem, in few days my bike is fixed and ready to ride!
