I had a flat tire on my bike tour that I couldn't fix myself. Mr. Müller was kind enough to pick up my bike and me with his van. My bike was quickly repaired in his workshop. The service was excellent, and the entire team was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I went there with a defective Di2 hub gear. I bought a bike from him. He was quite unfriendly at times. The bike wasn't repaired. I had to pay €40 for labor. After some internet research, I repaired it myself. I wouldn't recommend this shop.

I bought a Conway e-bike three years ago, and it's now done 10,000 km. The servicing was excellent. I also bought a used Stevens men's bike and am extremely happy with it. A great shop and staff!

I was so disappointed! I came there because my e-bike felt like the battery was dead. They told me they couldn't help and I had to go back to where I bought it. I then had to ride 12 km without a battery. At the nearest bike shop, the guy fixed it in two minutes.

I explained my situation on the phone, and they told me to bring my bike in. When I arrived, the manager, without even seeing the bike (it was in the car parked around the corner), told me there were no more spare parts available. Thanks for making me go there in person. He could have used his clairvoyant abilities right there on the phone.

I had a flat tire on my bike tour and needed a new rear wheel rim. He said he'd take a look and even apologized for having to change another customer's brake pads first. But after a good half hour, during which I was offered coffee twice, I had a new rim on my bike and could continue my tour. Now that's what I call service!!

A true believer, with a top-notch service team – customer service is still a top priority here. If every brick-and-mortar retailer offered this kind of service, online retailers would have some serious competition. Excellent advice and service. Not cheap – but good value for money and unbeatable overall.

Authorized dealer for Stevens bicycles. The shop also carries the Feldmeier brand. The advice is excellent, and the staff is friendly! The guys in the workshop are incredibly competent. I wholeheartedly recommend Radsport Müller&Wagner. The shop is run with great dedication, and the prices are fair.
