I have nothing but positive things to say about Steib in Roth. Mr. Steib provided excellent advice for my garden irrigation project. He put together all the necessary components for me and explained everything. He was always available and readily helped with any further technical questions. Not to mention that all the required materials were readily available and didn't need to be ordered. In short: Top-notch advice, top-quality materials, and a super-friendly team. Thumbs up, I'll be back.

As someone else already mentioned: They selectively choose their jobs, either where the client has little expertise or where they can achieve the highest possible profit margin. With everyone else, they simply never get back to you. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also brazen. It's also striking that they only respond to positive reviews – criticism is consistently ignored. Such a company cannot be taken seriously.

At Garten Steib, customers enjoy excellent plant service and expert advice. We've always received excellent support with our garden projects. The rental service is straightforward and excellent. The quality of the plants, the variety of the product range, the friendliness and competence of the staff, the customer service, the cleanliness, and the organization of the shop and the facility are simply top-notch. For us, they're the first port of call for our garden :-) Keep up the good work! :-)

After the initial contact, I was asked to send some pictures of the garden. The details regarding the tasks (irrigation system, preparing the subsoil, laying turf) and the garden size were discussed in detail during our conversation. Despite this, I never received a quote. After a week, I called again to inquire about the quote, but the owner was supposedly sick. Over the following two to three months, I called a total of three or four more times. I was promised a callback, but the owner was either sick or on vacation. Since then, I haven't heard anything, not even an apology or anything else. Sorry, but this is unprofessional and unacceptable. They're clearly busy enough to pick and choose the best jobs...

We spontaneously visited Steib Garten during our vacation and were extremely satisfied with the selection and advice. Thanks to the detailed installation planning consultation, we were able to install our new robotic lawnmower ourselves without any problems!
