Unfriendly service - never again!

Hello Mr. Pickel, there are opening hours. If you come at lunchtime on a Saturday, then you simply won't be served. We're closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I also have a right to leisure time.

Great guy, excellent mechanic. I entrusted my ATV with a broken belt to his capable hands. After diagnosing the problem, he tried a cheaper alternative. Unfortunately, the damage was too extensive, and replacement parts had to be ordered and installed. I was able to pick up my ATV today... Thanks, Michos!

Extremely unfriendly, gets loud when asked questions and insults the customer – I would never bring a bicycle or motorcycle here again. I have a bicycle where the chain skips under load. I called the workshop and asked if they specialized in any particular brands. "No, all kinds, just bring it in." When I arrived, the employee told me that he actually didn't have any time and had never even seen a derailleur like that before (standard Shimano internal gear hub), that he "would have to read up on it first." When I then asked if it could be the chain tensioner, he got loud and snapped at me. And he really didn't have any time either. In the end, I packed up the bicycle again and will find a proper workshop. Addendum: I certainly didn't address the man informally, as he claims in his reply. Who's twisting the facts here is another matter. I actually went to a proper bike repair shop that same day. They looked at the problem, repaired the chain tensioner, and had the whole thing fixed in just 10 minutes. And all without being unfriendly or raising their voices. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Dear Mr. Manzer,<br>I find your distortion of the facts here, to put it mildly, truly outrageous. In my workshop, orders are processed in order. Since the time required for repairs depends on the problem and any necessary spare parts deliveries, it cannot always be precisely determined beforehand. However, you expected me to repair your bicycle immediately, even though I had already informed you during our phone conversation that you would need to leave the bike at the workshop. I also don't make immediate diagnoses; I naturally have to examine the situation first. Anything else would be negligent. In your case, it wasn't about the hub gears, but about the chain spring tensioner. Here, too, you are distorting the facts.<br><br>After you started addressing me informally and constantly interrupting me, my tone naturally became somewhat more assertive. I'm glad you took your bicycle to another workshop. Any tradesperson can certainly do without customers like you.
