Even the appointment booking over the phone with Ms. Weber was extremely friendly, and the process was completely unbureaucratic! Mr. Kellner fixed my bike's loose bike stand (tightening the screw alone wasn't enough; the rear wheel had to be removed) in a completely professional and calm manner. I'll be back...!!!

After a friendly phone call, I was able to get an appointment at short notice. Mr. Kellner immediately identified and repaired the problem with my brakes, and I was able to pick up my bike again the next day. All in all, I was very satisfied, especially that I only had to leave my bike for a day. Very professional! I would gladly use their services again!

Over the past few years, I've had several of my bikes – a city cross bike and two mountain bikes – serviced at Kellner Bike Service and have always been very satisfied. Whether it was fixing the brakes, re-lacing a wheel, or minor repairs like shifting gears, everything was done cleanly, professionally, and reliably. The prices are fair, the advice is honest, and you never get the feeling that anything is being done unnecessarily or that you're being pressured into buying something. Drop-off and pick-up were always seamless after prior arrangement, and individual requests were also accommodated. Appointments were kept, and communication was friendly and direct – just as you'd want it. For me personally, the location is also a big advantage: The workshop is less than 1 km from my home and therefore ideally located. In short: A competent, fair, and customer-oriented bike workshop that I gladly and wholeheartedly recommend.

Shimano XT front derailleur defective. I arranged a short-notice appointment with Ms. Kellner by phone. I arrived at the agreed time and was served immediately. The internal cable was replaced, and the front derailleur was adjusted. I was able to wait and take my bike with me right away. Perfect, competent service. Excellent value for money. Very friendly contact. Highly recommended!
