Today I brought in my son’s MTB to get the tires checked out again due to them still losing air after being checked by the Service Team last week. I needed to wait about 1 1/2 hours until it was done due to staff shortages (only 3 people working). They really did their best especially because they had to go back and forth between the Service Shop and also helping customers that came into the Bike Shop. They constantly apologized for the delay but still kept me updated on the progress of my MTB. Other than the fact that the Service Shop was technically half closed and being short staffed the Service was above and beyond my expectations.

After 7 months and 19-22 visits to the repair shop, my trust is completely gone. For a new bicycle, this is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. The constant repairs, breakdowns, and the enormous amount of time spent are simply not tolerable for me as a customer. In addition, I repeatedly found the service to be poorly customer-oriented and sometimes even rude. Legitimate questions often received only very brief answers, without any comprehensible explanation or genuine willingness to find a solution. I find the following situation particularly problematic: When I had a tire changed, I was initially quoted a price. Afterward, I was offered the repair for free if I left a good review. This approach left a very negative impression on me and seems unprofessional. Overall, due to the numerous visits to the repair shop, I now feel like I've paid for my bicycle almost twice. Under these circumstances, I cannot recommend them.

The next generation of bicycle enthusiasts, we had a great experience purchasing children's bikes! Professional and courteous staff spoke English and were familiar with the products they provide. When in Stuttgart-Sindelfingen BOC, Thomas provided excellent recommendations and referred us to Timo, the BOC Manager in Nuremberg-Schwabach, which was closer to our house. Excellent experience and great products. I look forward to returning to BOC.

Bought my first bike from them. The owner or boss was super friendly and very helpful with the whole process. I haven’t biked muxh and didn’t want an e-bike, they understood the need and recommended great options and didn’t even push for anything pricey. Overall great team, many options. Definitely returning for my upgrade next..
