The telephone consultation was very friendly, and the bicycle itself is excellent. Unfortunately, due to inadequate packaging and/or improper handling by the contracted shipping company, it arrived with minor damage and without prior notification of the delivery date. Despite several attempts to contact them since July, the issues caused by the shipping company remain unresolved.

Excellent service! My e-bike was electronically locked and I had no way to unlock it. Even though I didn't buy the e-bike in the store, the problem was resolved quickly and thoroughly, which was very time-consuming and involved multiple contacts with Bosch. Thank you again for the prompt assistance.

I inquired about a replacement part for a broken suspension fork on an old Pegasus bicycle. My question was answered quickly and competently, with the recommendation that the minor problem could be left as is without risk. Customer service couldn't be better! I highly recommend this shop! Many thanks, Mr. Janisch

If I had found this store earlier, I would have been spared an online purchase. When I was looking for my first e-bike last fall, I was practically chased out of several stores: We have this and that (a litany of technical details follows that could just as easily be in Chinese), but you'll have to hurry, unless you order, which takes about six months! I was told something like that several times. Not so with Mr. Janisch at his Zweirad Sportcenter. Calm, professional advice without any time or purchase pressure made me feel like I had arrived. I definitely recommend visiting!

Bought 2 e-bikes for almost 6,000 euros and then waited 4 weeks to change a tube. Poor Germany, where is your service? The staff is friendly and helpful, but helpless. The boss is bossy and unfriendly and yells at you. Sorry, I'm a customer, not a beggar. Never again with him. Bought new bikes in Ansbach for 11,000 euros. Great service. Thank you. They also charged me about 40 euros extra for customer service, even though insurance companies pay. I think that's called fraud. Others don't charge for it.

So, generally speaking, you can contact this shop without any problems. The work that needs to be done does get done, but I almost felt like I was completely unwelcome! The mechanic seems totally uninterested; in my opinion, the guy (Justin) doesn't enjoy his job. I mean, it's none of my business as a customer, but in sales, you have to be able to put in a little effort. The answers you get to your questions seem completely improvised... I should mention that I don't have a standard e-bike (Super 73 ZX), but you're greeted with disapproving looks as soon as you arrive with the bike. I have to be honest, in other shops you're greeted properly at first. But here, you immediately feel completely unwelcome. I've experienced this behavior in other shops now; the most common problem is that the mainstream shops only carry the standard Bosch e-bikes, which are, of course, all the rage for the average German. But there are people who simply don't like the look of these bikes. (The website advertised that they accept all e-bikes.) My front tire was supposed to be checked, the brake cables bled and shortened, which was done. The end result was a bearing failure (a defective bearing cup). While they told me what the problem was, they didn't offer any alternative parts, even if they weren't original parts. I asked about it myself, but didn't get a proper answer. I contacted another shop. (They were recommended by an acquaintance who had previously been to this shop and had a similar experience; it was actually a standard Cube bike...) This shop was able to offer me an alternative and actually managed to accommodate my requests. I also asked them to properly manage all the cables on my bike and grease the joints and bearings. All that happened was that they shortened and reattached my brake cables and lubricated the front axle. So, as you can see, they didn't really address my needs. To the lovely shop owner, I'd like to say that I would have gladly paid more, but it's rather disappointing when I specify what I want and it doesn't happen. There's definitely room for improvement, especially when you look at the competition. If you have a more specialized bike, find another shop. This shop is definitely qualified for small jobs that you could basically do yourself, but keep your requests simple and straightforward. I won't be visiting this shop again, but I must say the work they did do was decent.

I haven't bought anything yet. But the advice I received was outstanding. I've never experienced anything so thorough and honest anywhere else. I'll sleep on it a few times and then go back.

We were looking for an e-bike. We'd been to several bike shops, but we'd never experienced such a consultation before. The owner takes his time and explains things in detail, not hiding any drawbacks just to make a sale. He also gave us various free tips. A test ride was a given. He also had a helpful and friendly mechanic, and it was a Saturday afternoon. Thank you very much, and all the best for customer service.

Super honest and good customer service. Thanks to the customer service representative's tip, I didn't have to buy a new fork for my bike, just a slightly longer bolt. That easily saved me over €150.
