Rented two touring bikes: Easy rental, a lot of choice in different bikes, easy check-in and out. Would recommend to book online in advance

Very good experience. The staff was very friendly. We booked 12 bikes for our team's activity and had a ride around the Starnberg lake. The e-bikes were good.

Bikes are in perfect conditions and the staff is very friendly and helpful and they are fluent in english as well, so it is the go to store if you’re a tourist or non german speaker We rented e-bikes last Saturday to do a lake tour. The staff was very quick in helping us set up the bikes, explained to us how they work and also offered support in case we needed it along the tour. Will definitely reserve bikes from them again!

All of the people working there were very nice. Not only did they discount our rental because we came late in the day but also gave a an amazing recommendation on where to eat traditional Bavarian food. Also the guy running the shop (sorry I can’t remember his name) spoke English as well as two other languages.
