I'm very satisfied with Helmut's service. He responds quickly, scheduling appointments is very flexible, the service is exactly as expected (I had three bikes serviced at once), and the price is absolutely fair. I'd gladly use his services again!

Helmut changed the inner tubes on two of our bikes. He did a quick and professional job at a fair price. He also pointed out damaged tires on one of the bikes, which we certainly wouldn't have noticed ourselves. We can definitely recommend Helmut's bike service and will gladly use his services again.

Great Bike Service!! The wind knocked my e-bike over and broke the brake lever. I got an appointment for the next day and had it repaired on-site. They even found and fixed the cause right away... shortened the bike stand! I received very professional and friendly advice, and even though it was the day before his vacation, Mr. Heilmann took plenty of time. Thank you so much for the quick repair! I've been to Helmut's Biker Service twice now. They were always emergencies, and I received prompt assistance, even though I own a bike that wasn't my own: - Quick appointment scheduling and repairs - Excellent advice - Transparent and fair pricing I think it's great that something like this still exists. Keep it up!

I wanted to inquire about an appointment for my beloved old bike today and was able to leave it there right away 😍 Where else can you find such prompt service? And in Starnberg, no less? My bike was checked and repaired in no time, and I was able to pick it up again a little while ago. Plus, I had a very cheerful and friendly chat with Mr. Heilmann. I'm just so happy to have discovered this small, personal workshop 😊

Helmut made my day! I flew a gravel bike across the Atlantic from the US and the derailleur hanger was badly bent when I unpacked the bike. Stopped by the shop and Helmut went out of his way to straighten things out and get the shifting working again. Nice shop, great service, and Helmut speaks English for us language challenged Americans!

Helmut's Biker Service was the fourth shop we contacted for help, as we had a small problem with the locking ring on our pedal. We wanted to cycle to Munich, and without Helmut, that would have been it. Three bike shops weren't interested... until we found Helmut. He's an absolutely friendly, helpful, and fantastic owner who really knows his stuff when it comes to bikes. His passion for cycling and his knowledge, combined with his understanding of his customers, are unique and hard to find these days. A gem in the bike service scene... Small workshop, big service... for him, there are no problems, only solutions! Thanks again!!

Amazing experience. I was attracted by positive reviews and decided to visit Helmut's bike store cause of very specific issue with my gravel bike (Focus Atlas 6.8). Helmut managed to find the solution, fix the problem and deliver the bike next day at a very fair price. Aside of that, we did have very pleasant conversation on road bikes and I am very positive that I will be visiting Helmut's store whenever I decide it's time for a change of road bike.
