For us, this is THE store for when you need new running shoes. They offer expert advice from runner to runner. It's not the largest selection, but they're very conscious and well-chosen (which is much more important in my opinion). A clear no-bullshit approach—and I assume it's the same for other product categories. Recently, I learned during small talk that you can also drop off your skis for service here—and they seem to have a specialist ski sharpener who does a great job. If you live locally, it's great for giving your skis a final polish at the end of the season. Especially for me... the quality address for running and fitness shoes.

I received excellent advice at Sport Lier – the team is truly knowledgeable and takes their time. They also had fantastic deals, so I found exactly what I was looking for. The merchandise is very well-designed, high-quality, and still affordable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the whole experience was simply wonderful. Highly recommended! I'm very satisfied with the Sport Lier sports shop in Starnberg. I've bought shoes, clothing, and equipment for various sports there several times and have always received excellent advice. The selection is diverse and high-quality. The prices are fair, and there are often attractive offers. The customer service is friendly and competent. I can recommend Sport Lier to anyone looking for a good sports shop. I give Sport Lier five stars.

Excellent advice on ski equipment, fair prices, and great deals on top! Amazon and other online shops (even with Black Friday sales) can't compete; Mr. Lier's approach is a real advertisement for brick-and-mortar stores! I'll definitely be back! :D

Excellent and patient advice, a surprisingly good selection, and you don't get the feeling that you're being pressured into buying anything – quite the opposite! The prices are also really reasonable – in my case, hardly more expensive than at Decathlon.

I bought a pair of Löffler cycling shorts (RRP €69.99) for €55.99 at Sport Lier. The shorts are perfect, but I already knew that because I have a pair. The reason I'm writing this review is the excellent service from Sport Lier. The low price, fast delivery, perfect packaging, and the included return label completely won me over. It couldn't be better.

Skip Amazon or any online shop and come to this great local business instead! I was looking everywhere for a Deuter aircomfort backpack. To my surprise, this highly rated local shop has the best price compared to any online shop. The lady who helped me was super friendly even though they are closing soon. Five stars!

Furthermore, this store accepts the Bavarian Volunteer Card, which gives you 10% off the entire range (excluding sale and discounted items). Looking forward to coming back soon!!
