At the F.re.e trade fair in Munich, the dealer recommended the Burton Power Wagon to us as the perfect snowboard for beginners. Burton themselves later informed us that we had been given incorrect advice and that the model is actually a board for experienced riders due to its demanding handling. As a result, we immediately bought two new snowboards for beginners from Burton, but unfortunately, we couldn't return the Power Wagons. This dealer's misinformation makes us seriously question the shop's expertise. Very disappointing.

Very friendly service; I always received good advice from Sherin when purchasing all my kite items. Orders were often delivered within a week, so they were available in time for my vacation :-)

Great company with friendly staff and good prices. I saw on their website a complete surf rig for a very nice price and called them. The friendly lady on the phone spoke English and told me that delivery to the Netherlands was possible. They calculated a fair price for shipping and packed it secure. Thank you Surftools!

I took my 6m² wing to Surftools for repair and was very disappointed with the process. A repair was carried out without any consultation, and the final bill was completely inflated. While the craftsmanship was acceptable, the communication was absolutely lacking. This is not what I call customer service. I've made it clear: I won't be a customer there again.
