I actually already had an Orbea Orca in mind when Heiko was recommended to me through contacts. We spoke on the phone, and he told me about his work and the possibilities he offered for building a completely custom bike. In the end, I decided on an Evolve Cima, which completely convinced me based on its specifications, Heiko's own testimonials, YouTube videos, and, last but not least, its price. A few weeks later, we met at his bike fitting studio, and he took my measurements. Using these measurements, we perfectly tailored the geometry adjustments available on the Cima—seatpost offset, stem, and handlebar width/height—to my measurements and configured them with Evolve. The narrower handlebar configurations, in particular—I'm currently riding 38cm, but it can be even narrower—are fantastic for sporty riders. Because I wanted the new frame color with the large logo and no lettering, my frame wasn't ordered until after I placed the order and had an eight-week delivery time. After that, Heiko immediately got to work building the bike with the Force AXS groupset and Elite Wheels and scheduled a fitting appointment. Excitedly, I headed back from Munich to the A9 motorway for the second time. I brought my pedals, shoes, and cleats, changed, and was soon sitting on my new bike. Heiko used his many professional tools to perfectly adjust the cleats, set the handlebar and hood positions, and measured my weight distribution on the new 3D-printed saddle. Everything felt fantastic in the end, and I was able to take my new bike for its first spin around the village. The freewheel sounded like a siren! ;) All in all, I'm very happy with the experience at Heiko's, and the hot-waxed chain after the build was the icing on the cake. I'll send my chain to him for a hot-wax service at the end of next season and, until then, I'll give the Evolve a thorough test ride. All in all, a superb experience! 10 out of 10!!!

I had a bike fitting done by Heiko with my mountain bike and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The atmosphere was very professional yet relaxed, combined with a wealth of expertise. Heiko addresses individual needs in detail and explains each adjustment clearly. The changes to my riding position had an immediate effect – more comfort, better control, and overall a significantly more enjoyable riding experience. Truly dedicated. Heiko took an incredible amount of time to customize my new road bike to my exact specifications. In the end, I went with the Evolve Cima, a wheelset from Elitewheels, and a chainring from Pass Quest. I'd gladly work with him again.

I took a calculated risk with Heiko and ordered a road bike from the Chinese manufacturer EVOLVE, a CIMA model. I'm actually a Canyon fan, currently riding an Aeroad, and wanted to upgrade to an Ultimate. Heiko, whom I didn't know before ordering, gave me such convincing advice over the phone that in the end (after about 8 weeks), a truly impressive road bike of outstanding quality at a very attractive price was waiting for me at his shop in Nuremberg for a personal fitting. Heiko came across as consistently honest, highly competent, and very courteous... I can wholeheartedly recommend him. Simply thank you!

I had a bike fitting with Heiko, and we specifically adjusted the cockpit on my tricycle and improved my position. The difference was immediately noticeable during training rides: more speed at the same wattage. I also got my first waxed chain and a Nova Ride OSPW. It looks fantastic and has been running smoothly so far. Thanks, Heiko, see you next time!

Of the three different wax brands I've tested so far (two hot waxes and one liquid wax), Sweet Chain's hard wax is by far the best. The amount of additives is incomparable to other brands. Sweet Chain hasn't skimped on this. It's also much more user-friendly, with temperatures up to 100°C, allowing for the use of boiling water baths. At the same time, there's no risk of the wax disintegrating. The results ultimately speak for themselves: Whisper-quiet, smooth running, as if there were no chain at all. Also not to be overlooked is the excellent customer support, which is as fast as the waxed chains.

Very satisfied with the quality. Compared to other waxes, it feels longer-lasting and thinner. As a result, I collect significantly less dirt, and the shifting feels more precise. The communication and advice were also excellent.

After 6 training days and more than 450km, with liquid wax by Sweet Chain: the chain is still clean and some noise appeared in the last two days, just on smaller gears, so today i decided to wash the chain and re-wax. I'm really, really happy of this @sweet__chain wax test. Let's start another week. New report will come soon.
