I bought it online. The bike arrived safely packaged. A minor issue was handled very accommodatingly. They responded immediately and found a solution that worked for me. Highly recommended!

Great place for buying bikes and all kind of accessories. The owners really knows their stuff. They give you good advice, good quality products and good prices. We bought a pair of e-bikes (pedelecs). Highly recommend it!.

I've been a MTB-Stuff customer practically since day one. Even though the store is a bit tricky to find, you're still amazed at what a gem the MTB-Stuff shop has for experienced bikers. A small but very fine selection, with a special focus on downhill bikes, is located in the small town of Antersberg near Tuntenhausen. The MTB-Stuff staff is friendly and competent. You can always tell that the people working here spend most of their time on bikes and are extremely knowledgeable. You get the feeling they're happy to welcome you in, which I've experienced differently in other shops. Always happy to come back! TOP!

Delivery went smoothly. Questions were responded to promptly and answered quickly. I was also able to reach someone by phone without any problems. I'm satisfied so far!

We bought a mountain bike at this shop. We ordered it online and were able to pick it up in Antersberg by appointment. Pickup was straightforward. The shop carries all the necessary accessories and does repairs. The employee measured and adjusted the saddle height to the optimal setting. A measuring device for determining saddle width is available but wasn't offered. Overall, the service and friendliness were satisfactory. The customer service could be a bit more comprehensive (additional accessories we purchased weren't installed). But we got a nice bike for a good price. Keep it up!

Unfortunately, the seller forgot to reserve the bike, and someone bought it just hours before my visit. A bad experience for me 🤷♂️

Hello, as already mentioned in the email, I would like to apologize. Unfortunately, I forgot to lock the bike. A new technology allows for quick reservations, so this shouldn't happen again.

Delivery went smoothly. Any problems were addressed promptly. Emails were answered quickly. I was also able to reach someone by phone without any problems. The company responded quickly to any stock shortages and coordinated with me. I would definitely order again.
