This is our second time being a customer of Sport Federer for repairs. The repairs, some of them quite complex, were carried out to our complete satisfaction. There's still room for improvement in their punctuality, but we're happy to accept that. I'm always reminded of Master Eder and his Pumuckl whenever I walk into this shop; it's not all sleek and trendy yet, but rather a place where traditional craftsmanship is practiced in its original, rustic style. And we absolutely love it! Please keep up the great work!

I had my Honwave repaired by Mr. Epp. My boat had a defect in the hose right next to the valve. My desperate attempt to repair it myself didn't improve the situation. Mr. Epp got my boat back in perfect working order, and after three weeks in Croatia, it was completely watertight. My best wishes to Sport Federer. Thank you.

In August 2021, I took my boat and outboard motor in for service. After inquiring in February 2022 about when I could pick them up, I was told they hadn't started yet. Then in March 2022, the same thing happened again; I was told to expect them back in mid-May. On May 21st, I called to say I needed them by the end of May. I was told I could pick them up on May 28th. I drove there and back (80km round trip), and when we arrived, I was told they hadn't done anything yet. I was furious! They were sloppy and just making empty promises. He promised he'd finish it by May 31st. I was eager to see if it would be ready. Today I received word that our boat and outboard motor are ready and we can pick them up tomorrow, Tuesday afternoon. Thanks to Sport Federer for making it all work out in the end. Brauchler

We are extremely frustrated ourselves, as we place great importance on our service. Of course, this doesn't help you in this case. I dropped my boat off for repairs at the end of October. I called at the beginning of March. The answer was: the boat should be ready for pickup at the end of March. As of today, April 29th, it's still not ready. What a shame.

Very friendly and helpful advice regarding SUP, kayaks, and accessories. We needed a new pump for our SUP and kayak. We were even allowed to try out the pump on-site. We'll gladly come back.

A prime example of a family business. Outstanding service, super friendly, and personal. I've bought my SUPs here for myself and for friends as well. High-quality products that will last a long time. You simply have to support such a great business and such a warm-hearted family.
