We suddenly needed new pedals on our bike tour. While we explained our problem, my husband went into the shop with an employee to get the pedals, and a second employee unscrewed the old ones. The new ones were screwed on immediately, we paid, and the whole thing took less than 5 minutes. I've never experienced anything like it. Friendly, uncomplicated, and incredibly fast. I didn't expect that in a place like Tutzing. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

A great shop that helped me incredibly quickly in an emergency. My saddle broke 7km before Tutzing on my Starnberg Lake tour. I still managed to ride to Tutzing and stopped by Dillitzer, who had a replacement in stock and were able to swap it out right away, so I could finish my tour. Thank you so much!

We rented two e-bikes. Excellent condition. The gears shifted smoothly, the batteries were fully charged, and the brakes worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and took their time with us. Great prices! Helmets, locks, and phone mounts were included for free! 👍

Fantastic service! We received immediate assistance without any waiting, even though the mechanic admitted that Dutch-style bikes weren't his specialty. Yet, he quickly and efficiently removed the rear wheel, installed a new inner tube, reinstalled the wheel, and checked everything. I'm not used to this level of service from our local mechanics! And considering the prices they quoted, a tip for the coffee fund is definitely worthwhile! These guys deserve it!

A great, friendly welcome with informal address and expert advice. The bikes are very good quality, and we had a wonderful family day on the trails of Starnberger See. A place to know.
