Just visited the store to purchase ski and snowboard equipment. We were served by Lillian who was very knowledgeable and assisted us buying the right equipment for our level and needs. Very friendly and spoke perfect English which for me was awesome as my German is still not perfect. Highly recommend this store and Lillian was the perfect staff member to assist us.

I love everything about Decathlon: - price/perfomance often unbeatable - location is good for public transport, perfect if you have a car - super return policy - love the quality

Biggest Decathlon I know. My first choice when needing anything sport related as they have a huge variety of products for every sport. A lot of things are also presented out of the packaging to get a better feeling of what you're buying. Staff was always friendly when I visited.

Nice store and everything, but the service is terrible. I bought a bike on a Saturday that had a problem, they told me it would be ready by Monday. It’s Friday I had to come all the way here and it is not ready. Really annoying!

Nice big sporting store! They don’t carry high-name brands, but offer middle quality at good prices. They also have some outdoor gear as well, but I would classify it as more of a sporting store. I’ve always had good experiences at this specific store!

Great place - I would say this is not only shop but place where kids can have some fun and try a lot of things. Very positive. A lot of equipment, some shelves with reduced products, easy to park. I really recommend that place

I have rarely experienced customer service of such an extraordinarily high standard. My sister in Australia asked me to organise a birthday present for my husband in Munich, but we were unable to order the item (a kayak) online for click and collect, because there was only one left. The problem is long and complex, but needless to say, Verena and Leonie were unbelievably patient and creative in helping me to get the kayak on behalf on my sister. They understood the problem (sister far away and needing to process the order online & birthday in only 2 days) and worked very hard to make it happen. The mark of exceptional service is in moments like this when there is a problem and one sees how the company reacts. Thanks to Verena and Leonie, my husband will have an even better birthday.

I'll never use their ski service again. I needed a service and they told me it'll be ready in 9 days. A simple snowboard service that takes 15 minutes, that's a very long time for such a thing but I was planning to use it in 10 days so I gave it to them anyways. After 9 days I went there and they said it wasn't ready, so I asked them to return it to me because I needed it the next day but they did not return it. They just made me wait for a long time just to end up telling me they can't give it back and they don't know when it'll be done. Ruining my plans and my weekend. Days later I pick it up and it's like almost nothing was done.

I'm having a love/have relationship with this store. I bought an e-bike with them, and from the 9 months I had it, 6 it was in repair. It always takes them 1 and a half months to "fix" it, then it works for a while and then it doesn't. They told me that after the 3rd trip to the repair shop they would replace it or refund me. Didn't happen. This is the 4th time I bring my bike to them. They are always super polite about it, and I see they are really trying. Unfortunately the return policy is not as good as it should, so I don't recommend anyone to buy bikes at Decathlon because of this.
