I expended lot of many. Had the parcel delivery while traveling. Package didn't arrive on time (later than they promise at time of purchase). Sent many email asking how to resolve the issue and still no answer.

I've sent my racquet back to be refunded. It's been already 4 months I got nothing. My emails don't help. It's just unbelievable...never ever again

I needed tennis shoes and they were very helpful in choosing the right model. The staff was very friendly and attentive to me (and speaking English) I already know where to go next time!

Impossible to compare with the Berlin branch. There are only bags and rackets in the store, no shoes, no clothes, and most of the strings are not there

Hi Oleg, thanks for your feedback.<br>However, we have two Tennis-Point stores in Munich, right next to each other. One store has rackets and bags, the other one has clothes and shoes. Shoes arrived on time but already stained. Maybe it's a supply chain issue with Babolat, but I believe it is worth pointing out.

Terrible service, zero care for customers. Went to change my strings on Saturday and was told that I need to make an appointment and it’s not possible to make it on the same day. Made an appointment, came there half an hour earlier and left my racket. When I came back to pick it up, one hour before the store was closing, it turned out that they forgot to change the strings on my racket and the employee, who’s doing it, already left. Drove there two times for nothing.

EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!!! They can ACCIDENTLY cause you legal issues. I went to this shop because it is highly recommended by my coach, it was in summer 2019, the personnel there suggested I test 3 rackets before I make any purchase decision. SOO, here comes the tricky part!!! I filled out the test form with my personal info (address of course), after a few days, I returned them those 3 rackets and I bought one of those 3 that I tested. LUCKILY I paid with my bank card. ONE YEAR later, summer 2020, I received a mail from them saying that I own them the cost of that racket, and if I have already paid, I could ignore that letter. Which of course I ignored. then, one month later, their letter came again, accusing me not paying. I contacted their office(contact info on that letter) and showed them the bank payment details (again, I was lucky that I paid with the bank, imagine one year later, I of course didn't keep the receipt and I paid in cash in this situation...). they apologised and say they will take care. then, 2 months later, one post from a credit institution sent me a letter requesting me to pay that racket and plus FINE, otherwise, they will sue me in court... Hilarious!!!!!! I had no choice but called the Munich shop, yes, this one, they checked their system, confirmed that it is a misunderstanding that they will report to their office. No apologies from the shop, NOTHING!! for the harassment I had to go through in months. If you could avoid this shop in all cost, DO that! Most importantly!!!! NEVER give them your personal info and NEVER pay in cash there!!!

It is divided in two stores. Its good, but they didnt have my shoe size. They have good brands tho.

The worst service I ever got in Munich! I left my rackets for changing string over there. I wrote down my apartment address and phone number and they promise to ship my rackets back to me. Firstly, they gave DHL a wrong address, so DHL shipped two times and can't find my place(good job, DHL!). Then DHL shipped the package back to tennis point. After one week, I contactted them because I cannot get my rackets. Then they told me the reason and said that they already reshipped it. During this time they never try to contact me unless I contacted them (I do leave my phone and email to them!). Another aweful thing is that they lied to me, they told me they reshipped it and gave me the new shipping number for tracking. After 3 days I still have not get any further information online with this tracking number. I went to DHL and ask my package. they told me there is no information of it. Then I went to tennis point again and told them the problem. Guess what! They just left it in the store and DID NOT do any thing! I sent many messages to them online, they answered well at the beginning. but once I have this problem, they never answer me again. Firstly, they are very careless. second, they never try to solve the problem and just leave it there. The service of tennis point definitely is the worst!

An excellent place for tennis .to play enjoy and find almost every apparel for tennis and especially from people that they well know the sport
