I went to the shop today because my bike was creaking. The employee took the time to discuss the issue with me and find a possible solution. In the end, I bought some ball bearing grease for €4. That should do the trick. By the way, I didn't buy my bike here, and my gears are a Pinion C1.12 – not everyone can work on those. I'm actually considering having a major service done here now.

Had my Canyon Grail frame replaced here and the service was excellent. The job was done very well, and the team gave me clear and helpful answers to all my questions. Friendly and professional – highly recommended!

Very rude and unprofessional service - even after scheduling the Canyon service, I waited for over 2 weeks for bike to be ready. On top of that, every time I walk in and ask if someone speaks English, they look at me like I came to steal something. And if you call their number and ask for support in English, they simply hang up the phone. Shameful, that they are the only Canyon partner in Munich!!!

Since we now know that this seems to have bothered you so much, there are two other CANYON service partners in Munich for future reference. Worst service i´ve ever seen in my life.

Hello Fabian vvWW, thank you for your review. We are open to all feedback, but yours is unfortunately very general. For those who aren't so proficient in English, it roughly translates to: "The worst service I have ever experienced in my life."<br><br>So, Fabian is saying that everything about our service process was terrible for him. Whether or not this statement is helpful is up to each individual to decide. We would like to hear more from Fabian, but the first name Fabian hasn't appeared in our customer database for workshop reception since we reopened after the Corona crisis.<br><br>So, best regards and stay healthy. Next time, please feel free to be more specific with us, and we can certainly improve, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. Without it, we wouldn't be where we are today ;-)
