Absolutely satisfied. I bought a NIHOLA DOG. During the demonstration, they took plenty of time and I was able to test ride several bikes (which is incredibly important with cargo bikes). They weren't annoyed by my questions. The whole team was super friendly and helpful. The bike was also delivered very quickly. The instruction was also excellent. Oh, and the price is absolutely comparable to online retailers, except here you get added service. Thank you!!!

A colleague recommended the shop to me. It was 100% worth it: the advice was simply outstanding. They took their time and asked many relevant questions about usage and preferences, not to sell me the most expensive bike, but rather the one that best fits my needs. I'm sure we'll enjoy our new e-bike for a long time. A definite 5 stars from us for such expertise and customer focus!

We were very satisfied from the initial consultation to the purchase. Mr. Kiefer and his colleagues took a great deal of time to show us all the different models, let us test them, and explain everything. We are very happy with the service and now very pleased with our cargo bike.

I bought my cargo bike there some time ago on a recommendation. Unfortunately, several defects appeared after only a short time, which was very annoying. However, several repairs were carried out free of charge without any fuss, which is certainly not something you can take for granted. Now everything works perfectly. If you're looking for competent contacts, you'll definitely be in good hands there.

The service here is excellent. I got advice on an e-mountain bike and found exactly what I was looking for. Within two days, the bike was serviced and ready for pickup. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm absolutely delighted with my new bike and definitely feel I'm in good hands. If you need competent and honest advice, this is the place to go!

Elektrorad Zentrale saved my holiday trip by procuring a rental bike when most other rental services were fully booked. They asked about my trip and provided accordingly a larger battery and a quick charger, which was very nice. They were also upfront that Saturday is a busy day for them and there would be some wait time which was manageable. Very satisfied.
